They have a great product. I loved the instructions for the different idea like scarves and placemats.

I did not receive the loom I ordered. I only received the wool and tools. I sent an email saying I did not receive it and I have heard nothing back. I am hoping to have this resolved quickly so I can change my review.

Edit to add that the company got back to me quickly and we have found the loom and tracking number so hopefully it will be here soon! I went from 1 star to 4 because they were so pleasant and helpful. Hopefully I can change it to a 5 after I get to know my loom!

No instructions all the materials were not in the box. For almost 200$ I expected more than a box with parts I had to figure out how to put together with no instructions. Also no yarn.

My order arrived quickly but the loom is light weight and flimsy. The diagram in the box showed a different loom, which was confusing when trying to assemble.

I speak English. I sent two emails to the hello at whatever the name of your company is email to tell you that I am missing both instructions and one of my orders. It’s been over a week and even though I’ve sent two emails I have gotten no response. I find this very unsatisfactory.

I received the item quickly however some of the small pieces were missing. Nothing major - a washer, that's easy to replace, and the small allen wrench which is a bit more of an issue. The size of the slot for the allen wrench is apparently something odd because none of the wrenches I have (and I have multiple sizes) at home fit - the left-over wrenches from Ikea purchases don't even fit. Unfortunately, I cannot/will not use the item until I find something that works to tighten the bolts.

I received part of my order. When I let them know they sent me the rest. Immediately. I would highly recommend them.

The products are great quality!! I had a few missing items in my order, customer service was amazing and sent the missing items quickly!

This loom is beautifully and elegantly made, easy to assemble, and so portable! I put it together in minutes, watched a very clear video on how to get started, and was weaving in no time. This loom is quickly taking over my screen time and providing calming activity while I listen to an audiobook or the birds outside. I’m so happy with my purchase!

It's an expensive kit - the 'tutorial' link on their website has been dead for over a year, their support said they'd send a PDF and didn't. The only other link provided was to a dead page (404 not found) on their website. They have a YouTube channel but if you read the comments the handful of videos they have are useless for beginners.

My shopping experience made selecting a loom easy to understand. Once I’d researched the different models, it was easy to add it to my cart then check out.

I just received my 3rd funem loom. I gave away the two I did have to people that want to learn tapestry weaving. These looms are not just great for beginners (the heddle bar is wonderful) but can also be used for other types of weaving as well. I like to use the small loom for sampling. The heddle bar can be left out while warping to increase, or decrease, epi. In my opinion, these are great looms in part because they are so versatile.

The looms I have are solidly constructed with quality materials. Packaging is very secure - no damage when I opened the package. Shipping is quick and reliable, given the distance (my package was received in the US).

The yarn I ordered was absolutely beautiful and colors were true to pictures. I would definitely re-order.
If buying from the US, expect to pay a tariff bill about 2 weeks later from FedEx.

Fast delivery and the items are exactly as described.

It seems that the last 3-4 times I've ordered you are out of a number of items. You need to keep a better inventory of your stock.
