Dear Mr Dolton,
As you clearly state, you owe our client monies for services provided to you that were not paid for and our objective is to expediently resolve this issue.
Over the past few months, there have been many instances of broken promises of payment.. In order to assist you with making a more manageable payment arrangement, income and expenditure forms have been sent to you which you claim, none of which you claim to have received adding further delay to payments due to our client.
In the recent conversation you had with one of our Collections Officers, not once was the word 'liar' used. It was stated that it was very unlikely that you wouldn't have received any of the forms therefore protracting the situation even further. Meanwhile, our client remains without the monies that they quite rightfully owed. We have no wish to delay the matter any longer than necessary and hope you will work with us to get this matter resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
For the avoidance of doubt and at our own expense, we will arrange for the income and expenditure form to be sent special mail delivery for you so we can avoid any further ambiguity and welcome your continued co-operation.

Had a bad experience with this company, they lied to me with regard to the information they required to collect the debt and to get their hands on the upfront payment. Not a cent collected by them. In fact they played the same card as the debtor. DO NOT USE THEM.

We are very sorry indeed that you felt the need to leave us a negative review especially as we did nothing but act in good faith from the outset with your problem.
Firstly, It is very important to point out you received a refund in January in relation to this matter. Secondly, it is also very important to clarify that the only reason we were not able to progress on this was because you were not able to provide us with copies of supporting legal documentation you stated you had at outset, prior to instructing us..
You had advised you had copies of statements as supporting proof of the debt. When copies of these were rightfully requested by the debtor, you were not able to provide those despite claiming you had them at outset. To demand monies in the UK where there is no basis to do so is unlawful! Without the statements you stated you 'had', we could not progress the case any further. We therefore informed you, ceased further action and gave you a refund.
Again, we are sorry that you have felt the need to leave us a negative review but we believe the matter was resolved amicably with the provision of a refund in January.

Easy to deal with with regular reporting
This was my first experience of using a debt collection firm and from the first contact with Frontline everything has been seamless. I sent them all the documentation and they have handled everything from there. Monthly email reporting and a quarterly telephone call. Would recommend.
