We have been using frontline collections to Collect unpaid fees on a regular basis for over three years. I would definitely recommend to any small to medium enterprise that relies on monthly paying customers for its cashflow. If we didn't have frontline as a back up for non payment we would struggle

5th or 6th time we have had to use these recently and they keep delivering. Thanks very much.

I cannot fault this company. Incrediable. A customer owed me £1,500.00. I called them on a thursday and spoke to Tony, a lovely and very helpful man.
He advised to send a legal letter for a small fee, and by Friday it had been signed for and delivered to the customer. Amazingly he proceeded to pay in fulll by the following Wednesday. Happy days.
I would highly recommend them and would not use any other company in the future.

Excellent service!We are a small Ltd company, one invoice of £300 hasn't been paid by my client. I called many debt collection companies, no one wants to do my case because of small amount of debts.(Most of them start £1000 of debts). Then I contact with "Frontline collection', they sent a legal letter to my client very quick. After 4 working days of received the legal letter, my client has paid full amount of debts.Thanks for efficient work! Anny

Terrible company to work with. Rude on the phone, useless at collecting money and when they actually do they take most of it with there charges. They have even tried to charge me for money that hasn't been collected. When they've 'exhausted' there resources and aren't able to get your money they ask if you want to apply for a CCJ which with there fees added costs you double than if you were to just do it on your own. My advice would be to just apply for a CCJ if someone owes you money, it is very simple and costs a lot less.

I have to say Alec who advised us was fantastic, one letter later it was sorted, thank you for your help in this matter, we thought about trying to sort the problem for a year, one week with Alec and the money was in our account !!

I appreciate that I owe a company money but suffering with a mental illness I don’t always deal with things correctly and was recently taken in for a residential stay. From leaving hospital I engaged into new employment I did set a date that I believed I could make a payment but unfortunately I then didn’t have the money to pay. I spoke to customer service advisor and was told tough payment was missed account is now with outbound collectors as its overdue and I missed the payment that was agreed I was further advised that I had to pay in full by the 15th Oct as that was the day collectors were due to visit. so a £40 debt would have increased massively with the extortionate fees that are charge.
I only have £30 in my account to last 3 weeks and had to pay £10 to hold further action and break down in tears on the phone. More emotional stress I cant deal with.
Reading the comments below you are very good at collecting monies but the tactics of bullying and threats of further action that are used arête do this are very harsh. Im currently deal with several debt collection agencies who have been nothing but helpful unlike Front line collections who are the rudest most unhelpful I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.
And then they respond with the nonsense lie below why would I say thank you to someone that bullies £10 out of me knowing It would leave me with only £20 for 3 weeks and has no sympathy for the situation. So I still have the same opinion that Frontline are bullies and liars and no matter how many staff leave good reviews your service is still rubbish I will also be posting this on other social media platforms. Haha where are you now you been shut down good

Used frontline a number of times to recover fees owed to us from patients and clients. Pleased with positive all round dealings with this company and they come well recommended. Worth pointing out there are no hidden or extra charges for collections made irrespective of the depth of actions taken which is very appreciated. For just a low instruction fee they pretty much work on debts till the jobs done which wasn’t the case with another debt collection agency we used where they would even try to charge us if they didn’t recover the debt! 5 stars

Frontline came to our rescue after a horrifying experience with a customer who was trying to his dues by any means necessary (wont go into details) Still beggars belief the things that people will do to avoid their debts but so glad we had fc suggested to us by our accountant. Would 100% use again and highly recommend to any small businesses. Professional from start to finish.

A local shopkeeper owed me £500 since last summer.
One excuse after another. I had agreed to accept part payments but debt was to be cleared by Xmas. Of course it wasn’t. I decided to use frontline collections after she stopped me in the street and warned me not to come into her shop anymore. The debt was now only £150. However I don’t like being ripped off and contacted frontline collections. I explained the whole story to them and they advised they’d send her a “ letter before action “ as usually that is enough to make people like her pay.
True enough I received my money last week. I can’t thank Tony at frontlines collections enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has fallen foul of such nasty, dishonest businesses.
