Great friendly service from the Gawler S.A. Store, pleasurable staff, follow up hearing test before fitment of new hearing aids-First time user. I found the consultant awesome, friendly, helpful and guided me well in its care, use, cleaning and utilising the phone app. Reception was also friendly and helpful. The product is awesome, I have had hearing issues and Tinnitus for some time and the new hearing aids are so clear, easy to use and learning quick thanks to the guidance I was given at the store. 10*plus

Operating hearing aids.…
How to fit,care for and operate my hearing aids was explained very well.
Setting up the hearing aids was also explained well and when i left the appointment i was confident that i will have no problems operating and changing settings through the app.
