They did the eye test very quickly with all the technology they have, no more spending half a hour looking at word charts 😳 the eye technology does everything for you 😉 & the glasses are ready 7 days later 😉

Staff need to follow up on any actions promised or agreed during a consult. They are probably too busy and overwhelmed by needing to attend to new customers that they don’t have time to complete follow up actions.

I went into the store 2weeks before to choose a paid of glasses and sunnies. Carmen was very helpful with assisting me shortlisting my preferences to suit my needs. She measured everything correctly . I was surprised both pairs were ready to collect within 2 weeks in spite of the Easter holidays in between. I as promptly attended when picking these up. Priya was very patient ensuring the fit was just right.

Ordered online for home delivery and item was not delivered. Had to pick it up at a post office.

Awoke with huge red patch in white of eye. Visited Specsavers, Llandudno for information of how to trea at 9am .. Given an appointment for checkup for 11.15 same day, even though very busy. Great service, thoroughout from check and explaination, hemorage in eye. Given referal for doctor for blood pressure check and choleresterol check as precaution. Fantastic service, from entering shop. Thank you all.
