Poor customer service.
I found very poor customer service at Mascot store. I was told that I could make another exchange on Resmed F20 if I found the mask& headgear ill fitting. So, now I am stuck with a full face mask and headgear that is uncomfortable to wear and pressure points around my eyes. I should have stuck to Fisher & Paykel Simplex headgear & mask. I will never shop there again

After a shakey start to my accepting that I needed a CPAP machine, I found Tania extremely patient with my anxiousness and trying to find the right mask for me. She listened to my issues with the first 2 masks and worked through the advantages of other mask options, and found the right one for me. Thank you Tania, its very much appreciated.

Cpap Mascot is a good sales experience
The Mascot branch allows potential customers to walk in without an appointment, nearby free parking was easy. Tim was the sales person who took care of us, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very satisfactorily and had a good sense of humor as a bonus. The equipment worked well as did the one of the masks provided for the trial. We bought the machine on the basis of the trial and Tim's advice. We are very happy with the whole experience.
