A bit disappointed with the application on free mastercard starter pack but at last Jess able to deliver on time.
Need to improve the setup process cos not everyone knows how to set the Sim card manually (especially senior citizen or someone not fluent with technology).
It should auto create the APN instead of we need to manual create

Incredible support! Saved my eSIM issue.
I accidentally deleted my eSIM and was unable to reinstall it, which was a huge problem for me. However, Flexiroam's support team provided exceptional assistance and guided me through the process until it was successfully installed. Reise von Jamaika nach Kolumbien: Keine Abdeckung in Jamaika, angeblich weil ein technischer Fehler zu einer Pausierung meines Vertrages geführt hat. Dann keine Abdeckung in Mexico und sehr schwaches Internet in Panama und Puerto Rico. Erst in Kolumbien halbwegs gutes Internet.
Für so schlechtes Internet ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Nehmt einen anderen Anbieter!!
Ergänzung: jetzt bietet mir Flexiroam eine Erstattung an. Bin gespannt, ob die kommt...
Ergänzung 2: war ja klar: keine Erstattung, dafür will jetzt Flexifoam, dass ich weitere Informationen liefere. Was soll man da schreiben, ausser: es gab schlichtweg kein Internet! Punkt-aus-Basta!
