Internet connection issue
I just contacted Flexiroam via WhatsApp , cz I was not able to connect to my Flexiroam mobile data.
I received a response within few minutes, and the agent at the support desk was able to resolve my issue within few minutes.
I've been using Flexiroam for several years, and I'm happy with their services.

Hatte das letzte Mal eine eSIM für ein ganzes Jahr - dieses mal gab es wieder ein tolles Angebot und als ich zugeschlagen habe, wusste ich nicht mehr wie man die eSIM aktivieren kann. Per WhatsApp nachgefragt und in wenigen Minuten hatte ich die eSIM installiert und es läuft jetzt alles wieder einwandfrei! Super Service! Jederzeit wieder gerne!

The WhatsApp agent supported me very well. I hope no additional charges when I run out of data with my current plan. That will be the key as a lot of other e sim providers auto apply and that’s never enjoyable to see on a bill. Frustrating. I was very impressed by the WhatsApp agent ability to communicate the process workflow of setting up the plan.
