Perfekt für den Urlaub
Wir haben für unseren Thailand Urlaub drei E-SIMs bei BNESim bestellt und alles lief absolut problemlos. Die Einrichtung war super verständlich und schnell erledigt, selbst ohne Vorkenntnisse. Direkt nach der Aktivierung hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und wir hatten durchgehend eine stabile Verbindung.
Besonders positiv ist uns die App aufgefallen, die eine richtig gute Übersicht über den Datenverbrauch bietet. Man sieht jederzeit, wie viel Volumen noch übrig ist und kann bei Bedarf ganz einfach zusätzliches Datenvolumen nachbuchen. Das hat im Urlaub wirklich für viel Komfort gesorgt.
Preislich war BNESim zudem der günstigste Anbieter, den ich finden konnte, was natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Nach der Bestellung bekommt man zwar noch E-Mails mit Angeboten und Rabatten, aber aus dem Verteiler kann man sich problemlos austragen.
Insgesamt eine rundum positive Erfahrung und für Reisen absolut zu empfehlen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Purchased a plan for Turks and Caicos
Purchased a plan for Turks and Caicos, installed it, never worked at the destination, customer support is AI with promises that a human customer service person will contact. Eventually a week after the trip I received an email offering a refund in a form of esim coin (future use), which I would never use this in the future anyways, so I guess my money is gone. Do not use their service or at least have a backup for your destination.

I have a BNESIM on my samsung galaxy watch and just purchased another for my phone, delighted with them and will continue to purchase from this company going forward..
Meant to add to this review, for people who can't get signal change settings to 3g only and if you find your phone isn't compatible for an esim you can buy an esim adapter..

We've been using them in several countries now and it's always been a bad experience. Bad reception and slow internet mostly - Hong Kong, Peru, EU, Tazmania...

Truely poor service
Truely poor service, paid for a plan and didn't receive the QR code. Installed their App (which is clunky), tried using their cutomer service to resolve the issues , its all BOT driven so round and round the circle you go until it promises a human then you just wait and wait and wait.....
Gave up and asked for a refund which apparently tkes a week ? Mmmmmm...
Dont go there !

Regarding the refund, we would like to clarify that at no point do we state that refunds take a week. All refund requests are processed on our side within 24 hours. Once the refund is completed from our end, the timing depends entirely on your bank, which typically takes 3–5 working days to reflect the amount back to your account. Unfortunately, this part is outside of our control.
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we truly apologize for the experience you had. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
