Muy buen servicio al cliente. Cambié el celular hace meses y por eso ya no se pudo instalar la eSIM que ya había tenido instalado en mi celular anterior. Me resolvieron el problema muy rápido y eficiente por el chat de WhatsApp con un reset de la eSIM. Así la pude instalar de nuevo en mi nuevo celular y todo funcionó excelente!

Had a problem with my account access. Two support teams from Flexiroam provided a seamless service not to be found very often anymore: efficient, patient, quick and relentless until the somewhat tricky issue was fully resolved. Nothing but a clear 5-star rating from my side 👏😁!

Really fast response time
I sent them an email to ask about switching from a SIM card to an eSIM, expecting that I might get a reply in a couple of days. But they replied within about 10 minutes and after a couple more emails my problem was solved. That is great service!
