The service dropped out without me…
The service dropped out without me making any changes on my phone. I waded through complex instructions from AI then got passed to a person who gave me a further complex bunch of things to try to do. This service is in no way user friendly. Not recommended

Had a problem getting my e-sim to work whilst on holiday in Croatia. Reached out to their support team via WhatsApp chat. They were brilliant with really quick responses and clear steps to resolve the issue. My e-sim is now working and will definitely use their esims again.

Fast and easy e-sim replacement
It’s very comfortable when a service company answers your request as fast as Flexiroam service does. My e-sim has been replaced instantly after i requested due to phone stolen. It has been installed immediately and is working perfectly. I use my Flexiroam almost every day during work in every country I visit as a Commercial Pilot. Thanks Flexiroam!!

Please consider canceling your “intelligent judgment” if client’s device is eSim compatible or not by your system. My device was not compatible yesterday, so your system choosed a fixed sim card for me without announcement. But after using a writable sim card today, it’s now compatible. You have to cancel the fixed sim card and ask for a eSim instead. Now the eSIM works fine with my device with special writable sim card.
