If I could give Fastway Couriers -1…

If I could give Fastway Couriers less than 1 star, I would. Every single delivery experience I’ve had with them has been dreadful. This is now my third time receiving a package through Fastway, and the experience has been consistently frustrating.

The same pattern happens every time: my order shows as “on the way” for five days in a row — every single day I’m told it’s coming, but nothing arrives. Only when I start chasing, arguing, or raising complaints does the parcel suddenly get “magically delivered.” That is not reliable service; it’s exhausting.

To make matters worse, the attitude of the employees is unacceptable. When they finally arrive, they are rude at the gate and make the whole interaction feel unpleasant. Instead of being excited about receiving my order, I’m left stressed and irritated. It completely kills the joy of shopping online.

By comparison, I’ve only had one delivery with Buffalo Couriers, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was at least better than Fastway. Temu needs to seriously reconsider their partnership with this company, because it makes me and many other customers dread ordering. Online shopping should be exciting, not a fight every single time.

No delivery.no communication estimated date of delivery has passed

I've been waiting for a parcel I bought on the 1st of September that was estimated to reach my address between the 3rd and 5th of September 2025 today it's the 8th thier landline is answered but no one speaks and when I finally get someone they said the driver called and couldnt hear me.nothing like that happened.ive waisted so much money on the phone and until now the issue is not resolved

Terrible service from an extremely rude…

Terrible service from an extremely rude driver his number is 0615175596.

1. He went to the wrong address when I had specifically put the address he was to deliver to.
2. When he called and I told him he’s at the wrong place he said he wasn’t going to come back because he’s gone past my drop off place. I asked why because it’s in the same road, he just needs to drive back.
3. He exchanged very rude words with me on the phone.
4. When I asked when my parcel would be delivered he said he didn’t know and I was more than welcome report him.
5. He even called to ask me if I needed him to give me a number where I could report him.
6. This incident happened on the 28th of August 2025- I still to date have not received my parcel.

Pathetic is an understatement!

If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with Bafana, Tshepo, or Jeffery, I wish you the best of luck. I have yet to meet more incompetent courier drivers. Parcels don't get collected until you raise the issue with Fastway's Head Office, whose response is "apologies for the delay". They have also, on not 1, not 2, but 3 occasions, also wrongfully collected deliveries, delivered to me by other courier companies, with no instruction to do so.

If I could give 1 star I would

If I could give 1 star I would. Fastway could not delivery the past Monday because I was at the office. I made arrangements to change the delivery to today. Today the driver tells me he doesn't have my package and he forgot to check. You cannot speak to anyone at Fastway except the drivers. He blames the depot. It is pathetic.

I’m so disappointed with fastway

I’m so disappointed with fastway, their service is poor. They don’t prioritize customers. I have been waiting for my order for more than 15 days even today I’m still waiting. I tried writing emails to their team requesting my order to be delivered and no action was taken. I’ll never order on temu again🚮

No communication from Fast Way

No communication from Fast Way. Delays with delivery. I will not order from temu again if they use Fast Way. Temu are definitely going to lose clients because of them. Please don't use Fast Way. Use Buffalo!!!!

Trash Couriers

Firstly..even that one star is not deserving for fastway couriers
They are a bunch of scammers
My personal opinion is that my parcel was stolen by their staff
After numerous lies from fastway couriers..calls from the seller and myself..the seller was told that the parcel was lost AFTER he received notification that the parcel was with fastway..they then set about being deceitful and sending us msgs asking us to "fetch" the parcel directly from them but the tracking number that both the seller and I had was not correct as per fastway
I will also be reporting this business to the Ombudsman

Sadly I have to give at least one star…

Sadly I have to give at least one star for this horrid company. My delivery is now out for a third day in a row the previous two days it went back to their warehouse at the end of the day. You phone and ask to speak to the dispatch or warehouse manager the lady on the phone tells you they can't put calls through to them. You leave a message and the incompetent manager can't be bothered to call you back. If you want good service and reliability DO NOT USE FASTWAY

Worst Courier Service

Fastway couriers must be the worst. I will never order from Temu again while they using Fastway couriers.

Fastway first claimed that they delivered my package. When I asked for a pod, they then said someone accepted on my behalf. Thereafter according to them they delivered on the 10th June 2025 at 23h00, what a joke.

No customer service, helpline is absolutely extremely appalling. Parcel still not delivered, but according to Fastway they delivered. It's not about the money I lost, but about your unethical way of doing business and putting your customers first.

I will never support or buy from Temu or any online company where Fastway couriers is involved.

I am writing to express my frustration…

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a delivery issue with my parcel, which arrived at your depot on Saturday. It has now been three days, and I have still not received my parcel.

Today, the assigned driver called me when I was temporarily unavailable. I returned the call just 7 minutes later, only to be told that the driver would not be delivering the parcel today and would instead attempt delivery tomorrow. This is unacceptable, as I will not be available tomorrow and specifically arranged to receive it today. The delay and lack of flexibility are highly inconvenient and disappointing.

Poor service delivery

Unable to deliver my orders for the past times that my supplier used them.
Bloemfontein branch are the most useless branch in the country. Will not buy from a supplier that use Fastway Couriers. Other times they would just send it back and say that I was not home.
They have lost focus since delivering Temu. So I won't use Temu as well any more. I will never recommend Fastway Couriers.

FASTWAY Dissastrous Service...repeatedly returning goods to…

Fastway...repeatedly returning goods to Northbay every time...checked out for delivery in the morning then returned hours later to North Bay as 'UNABLE TO DELIVER' when in fact they have come nowhere near our home...spent days waiting but they keep returning goods to North Bay as unable to deliver....I will never again order anything from. TEMU as Fastway is one of the WORST delivery companies I have EVER come across...very poor customer service...unable to get a reply through any of the sources available....all in all VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE!!!@

Not even worth 1 star... incompetent, disrespect towards your package, no pride in service.

Sad that I have to give at least 1 star :(
WORST courier I have ever had to deal with... twice packages deliver by Fastway and both times they were ripped open elsewhere and used office sellutape to repackage. When enquired at the branch... the delivery person's reaction was that they didn't notice the package has been opened.
Sincerely wish the client has a choice to pick your own courier. I have actually cancelled purchases if this is the courier being used.

The worst delivery company ever ,wish temu could stop working with them cause they delay our orders. Life was going to be much easier if we were allowed to choose the delivery company that we want cause this fastway courier is just nonsense and cannot get the job done
