I am trying to find out the status of my package but I keep talking to a robot and not getting anywhere! I guess I should rather pay more with another company and at least then I know I will be able to talk to a actual person and my package will not be soooooooo late!!! People in SA should rather stick with a company that charges more then letting this company continuing to be a business here

Worst courier ever, I've been waiting for days right now, and still my package is at South Bay, it's just delivering is it that hard, by far it's either you should stop taking parcels from people who are far away from you and let other courier companies handle them, since they do a better job than you and they are faster. I'm stating how I feel as a customer, it's either you fix your services or we decline you as a country. Heck I wish someone would sue Fastway for such bad service

Rude staff, that told me (the customer) that I was wasting their time as it took 1 minute to come down from my apartment.
They act and look like gangsters.

Worst courier company in South Africa. They call themselves FastWay but they are nothing close to FAST!!!! WORST EVER!!!!!!

Parcel was collected on 23/09/2025 at 16.02pm by the Fastway driver - he has confirmed and admitted to collecting the parcel. Collected in Kempton Park to be delivered to Lillianton Boksburg.
He then decided not to take the parcel to the depo to have it booked in and scanned to head into sorting and head out for delivery - I guess Christmas came early at my expense.
Today is 03/10/2025 - I have been emailing Busi Malgas, who is the manager in receiving and dispatch - I have contacted them numerous times - no one has responded to any emails etc, never mind contacting the supplier that I purchased from to advise to repack the items, correct sizes and colors that were order - at their expense.
I have also suggested to Temu and Shein who other ladies order from to make the option available to the public on who they would prefer as the courier service for the delivery.
Tracking number: CR0007841063 - please feel free to look this up and see that the parcel was collected and that's where it ends. Being in the supply industry, I would be unemployed if I had to behave towards or treat my customers in this manner. There's no professionalism, feedback or customer services involved, and this experience has been shocking and disgusting to say the least.
The only reason there is a 1 star valuation is due to tracking department answering the call - other than that - they deserve no rating at all.
Name and shame - please feel free to join in if you have had the same experience.
Tracking department has advised that the parcel will be relaced, an order will be placed for all the items originally order - and will be paid for at their expense, please note - this may not happen - as it may be the only way they make empty promises to customers to get the irate person off to phone.

I don't know if your staff are genuinely incompetent or they don't care. I can't be asking simple questions relating to my order and still be getting vague answers!!!
At this point I'll get better answers if I pray to God!

Scam artists
Scam artists. They deliver from AliExpress and add charges to your customs duties. No numbers work and emails get bounced with a message the inbox is full.
My experience with Fastway is extremely Horrible…
My experience with Fastway is extremely bad, any company that is in partnership with Fastway couriers should reconsider. Horrible service, they have kept my parcel since the 10th of September and now it’s the 20th of September still nothing but on the email it says it’s been out for delivery since the 12th, what a horrible service.
If there was an option of no star
If there was an option of no star, I'd definitely give it to them. I've been waiting for my order, it hasn't been delivered yet and there are no updates or whatsoever. This is by far the worst courier, everytime I order on Temu or Shein I cross fingers that my order doesn't get picked up by fastway - if there were options to choose a courier. Their deliveries are delayed and the service is very poor.

The courier guys are extremally rude as you talk to them on the phone they just hang up on you then when you phone them back they block your number or simply ignore your phone call. If you call the head office getting through to the management they are telling you, you are the one lying not the people working for them and doing a bad job
This courier company shouldn't have opened in the first place if they don't know what customer services are or how to handle clients. It's stupid of the company then the management also do nothing about it they take your number and either tells you your lying or never calls you back
