Not even worth 1 star... incompetent, disrespect towards your package, no pride in service.

Sad that I have to give at least 1 star :(
WORST courier I have ever had to deal with... twice packages deliver by Fastway and both times they were ripped open elsewhere and used office sellutape to repackage. When enquired at the branch... the delivery person's reaction was that they didn't notice the package has been opened.
Sincerely wish the client has a choice to pick your own courier. I have actually cancelled purchases if this is the courier being used.

The worst delivery company ever ,wish…

The worst delivery company ever ,wish temu could stop working with them cause they delay our orders. Life was going to be much easier if we were allowed to choose the delivery company that we want cause this fastway courier is just nonsense and cannot get the job done

Worst Courier service ever

Worst Courier service ever

My parcel was meant to reach my house on the 11th latest. This good for nothing courier service keep on sending it back to its Durban Depot on top of that their drivers are lying a out not reaching me on the phone.
Im so disappointed unfortunately they don't care about their customers. The main reason I stopped using this good for nothing courier is because of their incompetence. They promise to sort their mess out but they don't.

Now I am reminded why I stopped using them.

And even after all the complaints they still absolutely shocking. Ordered from Temu 2 different orders. One via Buffalo and received within 2 weeks. Other one from Fastway and it seems my package is missing in action...no update, no answer.

Why did Temu stop using Buffalo

Why did Temu stop using Buffalo ? Buffalo are amazing. Now its Fastway and they are terrible. Crickets after paying customs - surely we can do something about this ? Surely Fastway need to answer for this terrible non communitive unacceptable service?

I was newly signed up to this company…

I was newly signed up to this company as I need regular delivery services and at first it went well, you get the courier's number so communications were great until, I asked for information one day about a delivery. Things escalated I spoke to a manager and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. I was asking for help and information as a start up business. I said to him that things were not made very clear to me as a client about processes but he insisted I 'should' know this and that. I was most taken aback at the tone, and worst of all, it was a 'manager'. At the head office when I followed up, they apologised but the 'manager' who was local here in Cape Town, never apologised. I followed up with another quote, and this time, in that department, the client services manager directed the quote query to that office, nobody got back to me (2 people were cc'd in the email) and that made it clear their stance. No client servicing whatsoever, not even when their Head Office gets involved. They're a law unto themselves.

Terrible Service

Terrible, they tell stories about trying to deliver but they don't actually and then postpone a delivery that takes two weeks by another week . They are useless.

Bought a gift for my grandson's…

Bought a gift for my grandson's birthday and was supposed to be delivered today. Fastway misdirected the package. Should have been from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth, but they sent it to Johannesburg. Now the package is 3 days late and past the birthday. Very very disappointed.

Nothing 'Fast' about them whatsoever

Why Temu uses Fastway Courier South Africa is beyond me. It takes 48 hours for my order to reach South Africa from Temu, then it takes weeks for the parcel to be delivered to Queenstown from Johannesburg? No updates, no answer when trying to contact them on any platform. There's nothing 'Fast' about them - undoubtedly the worst courier in SA.

Horrible service they don't answer on…

Horrible service they don't answer on all platforms, WhatsApp, online portals and customer service call center. My package should've been delivered days ago and today 15th May 2025 my parcel wat showing that it on the courier transport. At 16:24 pm seems like I will have to go on day 17th in counting. Horrible please If you read this take my advice and don't dare to use them. Or do and be the next testimony. And share with everyone you know.

What a horrible courier company!

Ordered from Temu and Fastway just gives updates on their online tracking system like "we experienced a problem with your parcel" and "parcel appears to be damaged". Absolutely no one calls to update you on the issues. When you call, you stay on the line forever with no one picking-up. WhatsApp and website chats are also non-responsive.

I have now reported this to TEMU. Please let's all do this? TEMU must stop using this incompetent courier company!

Driver threatened me when I was complaining

They lied about the expected time of delivery. So when the time elapsed, I went on about my day cause I thought it wouldn't come, the driver called me after hours and I was still in class. When I got back to him after class, he was rude and unprofessional, even speaking Zulu even though I addressed him in English so he knows what language to use for communication. He was shouting at me threatening that if I want to complain I should wait for the next delivery and complain to his face .
