Not well organized. Need more photos of the models. Very difficult to order. Way too many issues with the cart. I ended up placing 2 orders because I couldn’t get the site to add everything to my cart.

It's been 3 months now with no shipments on my subscription. This whole subscription thing was a scam from the beginning, now I'm over $1000 into the kit and I'm just left hanging. The customer service at FanHome is terrible. Every shipment I've gotten so far has either been missing packs that were shown on the inventory list for the shipment, or they send me two of the same thing. When I email Fanhome, they just say that I can either wait, or cancel the subscription. It's looking like it will take 2 years to get all the packages for a 1 year subscription. That's if I even get it at all. It seems like the only people getting there parts on time are the YouTube builders who get their kits for free, and do nothing but shill for Fanhome / DeAgostini.
Well, after 4 months with nothing from Fanhome, I've finally canceled my subscription. Was at stage 90, and every prior shipment from Fanhome was either missing a part from the packing list, or doubled up on other parts. Looks like it's $1000 down the drain. Guess I'll just burn the parts I've got, what a total fiasco this has been. THANKS FOR NOTHING FANHOME

I had posters missing from my forth package, I'm now on package 16 and still haven't received them, I called and emailed multiple times before my complaint was escalated and it took 3 months for the issue to get a response in which they told me the posters would be in my next package, I've had my package delivered today and they are not there and I'm being told they're out of stock yet again. Fanhome have since responded to my review asking me to contact customer support but I already have and was told the item came into stock so they emailed me saying a package would be sent out but instead of prioritising missing items they sent all of the stock out to new orders still leaving me without the item after over a year of trying to get them and being told they are out of stock constantly. This is my second edit of this review as fanhome keep replying to me telling me to contact customer services and I've told them numerous times I already have and I've been told to just wait, they offered nothing in return for their error. Sending the order number would be a pointless process because I've already been told the posters came back into stock and rather than sending them to me who was missing them from a package they were all given to new customers and now they are out of stock again and I wouldn't get any until they come back in stock which would take a while since it took a year for them to come back into stock last time again this order happend while I was on package 4 and I'm on package 16 now, so basically no amount of talking to customer service will fix this issue as you can't make something be in stock, what's annoying is that I've waited over a year for something that I've paid for and all I got was a sorry and that took talking to 3 different customer service agents to even get when I feel at this point because it has been such a long ongoing issue that something more should've been offered at that time such as a discount on a package, the customer service is terrible from this a company. That response meant nothing and you have actually lied in it because you don't even know my account details so you can't say what level you're working on them. This company is a joke I strongly urge everyone to avoid them as they have taken money for a product that they have not provided for over a year.

Fanhome keep responding to this asking for order numbers and for me to email customer support further proving how terrible their customer service is because if they had properly read their reviews they would see that I have already done all of that and have still just been told to wait an unknown amount of time for a product I've already been waiting over a year for as I'm still being told it's out of stock and nothing can be done.

I thought purchasing the Iconic Power Rangers Megazord was going to be exciting, then I found out it was a monthly subscription and they send you parts every month to assemble. I can buy multiple action figures for the monthly price. Not worth it. Sorry.

Fanhome ist unfähig ein Problem zu lösen....seit etwa einem halben Jahr gibt mein r2d2 Modell keinen Laut mehr von sich, von heute auf morgen. Fanhome bekommt das Problem nicht gelöst...nicht nur das, sie melden sich einfach nicht mehr. War definitiv das letzte Bauprojekt von dem Verein.
