So i purchased a wiring extension kit for the Fanhome Nissan Skyline build. Ordering is simple and delivery took two days. When you receive your parcel there is a small sticker on the box that says simply "A little box of epic". How true are these few words. The quality of the kit is first class, the online installation instructions are superb, the delivery time is excellent and value for money is worth every single penny. If you know anyone building the Skyline kit or any other models/kits etc that have upgrades on this site then tell them they will not regret buying from here. It is an absolute game changer and makes completing the build so much easier. Thank you Mike Lane Mods for stopping my mental breakdown.🤪 I will be returning soon for a few more bits for my build. I wish you the very best, you deserve it. 👍🏆

Good/excellent products but inexistant customer service. All emails, no matter how many, remain unanswered, and it's a deal breaker when the bill piles up quickly and you have no effective way to ask for help when you have a problem. Facebook and Messenger accounts are on auto-responder, so if things go wrong, you're on your own.

Hi Mike, not to weird you out but I just wanted to pass on quite what getting the Striped Tomato means to me and a quirk of fate.
I have loved this car since childhood, unlike you youngsters I grew up on weekly episodes of Starsky & Hutch, my late mum knew of my passion for the Torino and promptly bought me the Corgi toy for my birthday or Xmas? (Loooong time ago).
It was my most played with toy. Then in 2002 I snapped up the Hot wheels 1/18 scale die cast which I still have.
So to receive your note that this kit will arrive on May 5th which would have been my late mum's 91st birthday is extra special thank you so much for affording me the chance to fulfill a long held dream.

Had a few issues with my bat mobile, which I discovered, was caused by my router. Contacted mike, who was very quick to contact me & offer tons of help & advice. Mike Lane is a super, super star, who produces such fantastic mods for our models. Mike & the team take our models to another level. They are so screen accurate. Our models deserve to be in a museum thanks to mike & the team.

just finished KITT from knight rider 1.8 scale from fanhome , decided to purchase the mods through Mike Lane and absolutely no regrets doing it. I’ve been building the Routemaster bus model. The wiring on that model is very complicated. I bought the Mike Lane remote electrical mod, which of course added more complexity. I was pretty nervous about the whole electrical project, but the Mike Lane directions on their website were extremely well done, with detailed photos and step by step instructions. Everything worked perfectly when I was finished. Well done to Mike Lane!

The mods for K.I.T.T. are simply amazing. I am VERY happy with them and don't regret my purchase! In addition, the support from Mike was GREAT. I had an issue with my monitors, but he helped me to diagnose the problem and supplied the necessary fix. Thanks, Mike!!

If you like partwork models then you know they're nearly there but not quite. That's where Mike lane mods comes in. That extra special something for your model that makes it stand out. I've used them for my bttf delorean and my 66 batmobile and found the innovative mods to be both really clever and of exemplary quality. Although I'm still only an amateur at this model making lark Mike Lane mods make the experience worthwhile. Customer service is good and understanding of problems taken on board to reach a satisfactory resolution. Sometimes communication can be slow but they get there eventually so all in all a superb addition to the partworks community 10/10

I bought this beautiful London Routemaster bus (IXO Collections) from Mike Lane's website and I'm delighted with the result.

It was a 1:12 scale die-cast metal kit (1247 pieces) that was quite complex to assemble. During assembly, I noticed that two cables were too short to connect to the circuit board.

I contacted Mike Lane for help. After some testing, he found a solution and sent me two cable extensions to fix the problem.
I finished assembling the bus and all the electronic components work perfectly.
