Very helpful guys

Very helpful guys, nothing was too much trouble.
It was a collection and delivery of sofas, and they had to go through the patio doors and around the back through a neighbours garden too, very professional and friendly.

Very efficient delivery

Very efficient delivery from 2 polite and courteous guys, 2 hour timeslot in advance then a phone call about 15 minutes before they arrived. They were very careful bringing our furniture in, quickly assembled and tested it and cleared away all the packaging.

Excellent service

Delivery was bang on time with 15 minutes call before hand. The boys were very pleasant and professional as well as funny.
Sofas put together with care, no rubbish left.

Very efficient service .

Called before delivery to let me know they would be here in 15mins .
Very considerate when parking the lorry .
Put together sofas in no time.

Outstanding experience

From start to finish my whole experience has been very smooth and easy.
I got my sofa the time I was promised and couldn’t be happier. Everytime I had a question everyone was available on the phone and if not they were calling me back!
The Home Delivery team have been very efficient and quick without complaining that was no lift in the building.
Congrats for such an amazing service, this could be an example for another high end companies which they don’t value the client experience whoever want to take your money!

Exceptional service

First class service from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff. Prompt delivery and kept up to date with arrival time. Would definitely use again and would recommend them.
