The delivery men are very professional and friendly . They arrived promptly and did an excellent job of packing the sofa and armchair and taking them away

Fab service. Really good communication. I was asked if the da they allocated was convenient and given a time slot the day before. The driver rang 20 mins before he arrived. I had to nip out so I had to ask if he would leave it outside for me and he was really friendly. He just asked me to confirm my instructions in writing in a text message and then happily left it where he said he would. Very good, friendly service.

Came back only 3 working days later to add the missing bolt to our sofa bed. Friendly, efficient and considerate.

Friendly staff who were polite and respectful. Although there was a timing issue with the delivery I was kept informed and they went over and above to complete the delivery.

Having had many pieces of furniture delivered, I can say that these guys are hands down the most professional and careful I’ve ever encountered. They took their time to unpack and take all the rubbish with them, made sure I was satisfied with the assembly of the sofa bed, and were very careful not to scratch any surfaces.
Highly recommended!

The team who delivered my new garden furniture were on time, gave me an accurate time slot beforehand, didn't complain about the awkward access and were pleasant, respectful, efficient and professional.
They even unpacked everything and took the packaging away. I was extremely impressed.

The 2 guys that delivered our new furniture went above and beyond there were polite extremely hard working and respectful. I would highly recommend this Company .

Friendly and helpful, assembled Cozmo chair for me

We had some furniture delivered from Manchester, not to our home, but to a self storage unit in Portsmouth, as we live in France. Empire delivery kept us up to date with every step of the way. They rang us when they were about 15 minutes away, handy as we had to give them the lockup codes. As soon as it was delivered they sent photos. Absolutely faultless, thank you.

The drivers were kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and i appreciated their efforts on my behalf. Thanks to both.
