Scott and Charlie were fantastic. I had just had a new carpet laid and they offered to take their shoes off!!!. Because the boxes were a bit dusty they unpack for me in no time. First class service. Thankyou

On time, called me to let me know they were arriving, delivered to fourth floor and put into place - no fuss. Very good service.

My experience was good as always the only thing I would expect them to call me 15’ before they deliver and they called me 5’ so that’s wasn’t convenient for me as I needed time to be organised with my newborn. Apart from that the team was quick and efficient. They sorted everything out for me.

Great service with communication the day before delivery and message approximately 15 mins before arrival.

They kept us well informed of the time for delivery. Once delivered the driver took extra time to make sure everything was there. They were polite, friendly and tidy. Excellent all round.

Dealing with the company with my order was excellent, communication was superb kept in contact all the time. My dislike was the attitude of delivery driver who was adamant that I had a bronze delivery which my wife didn't understand and he said that meant he leaves the mattress downstairs when I already told her it was getting taken to bedroom my wife said just leave it there then, but he eventually taken it upstairs reluctantly
Just soured things a bit.

Brilliant service from two polite efficient men, very refreshing when you live on the West Coast and items regularly arrive damaged with one driver. If only EHD could be used for everything
