Brilliant service from two polite efficient men, very refreshing when you live on the West Coast and items regularly arrive damaged with one driver. If only EHD could be used for everything

The delivery service was first rate it was a two man delivery and they were excellent very courteous and pleasant and phoned before delivery as promised well done

The guys were fantastic. Friendly, respectful of me, the property and furniture and very efficient. Really helpful to have the tracker / update on arrival time during the working day.

Considering our house is down a narrow lane that most delivery vehicles can't get down, the two guys were very friendly and managed to walk with a heavy mattress up a steep road with not a single complaint. They were also aware in advance of the difficulties and had a few options up their sleeve - usually delivery drivers never get the message from the office scheduler that our road awaits them.

Gave a 3 hour time slot and called when 45 minutes away which was really helpful. Also emailed the slot link as we dont have smartphone access. Impressed.

Text the night before, call 20 mins before delivery and on time with two very friendly drivers - excellent customer service

The couriers were pleasant. They built the suite quickly and efficiently. They took away the packaging. They arrived in the specified time slot and would have been earlier if not for the ferry.

Excellent service . Arrived on time / early . Very pleasant delivery team who were extremely helpful . They unpacked and assembled furniture and placed it in correct location in garden . They then took away all the packaging.

2 sofas delivered today. Was kept informed about time of delivery. Delivery on time, and the two delivery men (didn't get their names) were first class. Rapid work and all rubbish removed.
