The bed is good quality and looks sturdy once assembled. Delivery was on time and everything arrived well packaged. However, there was an issue with the slats—they were slightly bigger than the bed frame, which made assembly difficult. This needs better quality control. Overall, I’m happy with the bed itself, but the sizing error was disappointing.

Good booking system, received email with date and timeslot which I could confirm or rearrange. Rang half an hour before arrival to confirm everything was ok and then the bonus was they offered to carry the boxes through to the back garden for me too. Highly recommend

We were kept informed of delivery date and time throughout including a call 15 minutes before delivery. The guys who then put the furniture together did so quickly, efficiently and politely. An excellent experience all round.

The delivery arrived as scheduled and the guys were friendly and polite, a pleasure to deal with them. Unfortunately the build could not be completed because the patio where it was to be fitted was not level but the frame was put together and advice given on what groundwork was needed, before they can return to finish the job.
An excellent experience all round and your installation guys are a credit to you. Thank you.
