Erisin Omdömen 277

I originally thought Erisin were good, however after several faulty units and very little help from them I’ve changed my mind.
Initially contact with their helpline was good, however after a short time they stopped answering my emails and for 2 months I’ve heard nothing from them, despite me sending several emails.
With the amount of money I’ve spent on Erisin products I expected a better service.
My only route now appears to be through legal channels.

Achtung Finger weg-China - Schrott, habe das ES 7260 PB 7" lt. Liste für meinen PKW gekauft, musste dann feststellen, das dieses Gerät überhaupt nicht passt. Keine deutsche Gebrauchanleitung dabei, obwohl gesetzlich gefordert. Engl. Gebrauchsanleitung bezieht sich in Erster Linie auf den Einbau, Entfernungsangabe im Navi in Meilen bwz Fuss oder Fehler bei der Einstellung?? bei Reklamation der Ersten Kontaktaufnahme freundlich, aber jetzt herrscht Schweigen
durch die Einbaukosten behalte ich lieber das Gerät.
Finger weg -keine Empfehlung-
und Werben angeblich mit Best-Seller Auszeichnung 2014-2019 da wird der Schwindel auch noch von ebay gefördert

Le poste fonctionne a fois sur 2.
La vendre CARTOPPER ne répond a aucun message.
Publicité mensongère. La garantie d'un an n'est pas respectée.

Empfang des Radios Unerträglich!Selbst in Gutem Empfangebiet nur ein kratzen und Rauschen...Geschweige denn mit dem zugekauftem DAB Modul, DAB Empfang auch eine einzige Katastrophe!
Wer aber Wert auf halbwegs Funktionierende Technik legt:FINGER WEG VON DEM SCHROTT

Der letzte Rotz was den Versand angeht! Aus dem deutschen Erisin Lager bestellt seit dem 07.06.21 und bis heute nicht an DHL übergeben. Auf emails reagieren sie nicht und erst recht nicht im Live Chat!! Gar nicht zu Empfehlen, der Kauf wird auch storniert!

Well i do not recommemd buying anything from this company.I place my order june at the morning, and bought express delivery (3-5 days) for 90 dollars. Soon after i placed the order, the support sent me an email, regarding that i needed to pay an additional 33usd dollars in area fee and if that was okay with me, I payed and emailed them back. After that there has been complete silence, and my order is still awaiting for shipping. Luckily i payed with paypal, so if i havent heard anything from them by monday, im gonna claim a refund.

I am absolutely disgusted at what i am going through right now, I have purchased a headunit item for my car on the 27/04/21, It arrived on 29/04/21, it arrived faulty with many issues, i complained to the company and they said to me to do an update which will fix the issue, this made the issue even worse and not only have i now been sold a faulty item, I am being told that I HAVE TO PAY for the return postage for sending the item that was wrongfully sold as faulty to me, As a regular consumer on on buy and a DAILY PAYPAL user, I am absolutely appalled and disgusted as to how i can be wrongfully sold a faulty item and then be expected to pay out of my own pocket to send that faulty item back .

Do not purchase from this brand they are an absolute scam! the headunit will brick after a days use, it will freeze and restart itself after just normal usage and the apple carplay feature does not even work when downloaded on this! It also does not allow u to download most apps such as Netflix and Disney plus etc. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I bought an Erisin ES8149U 8-Core Double Din, for my mini cooper. 6 months just stopped working.
Their customer support is really bad. Have been trying to send the unit back for the last 3 weeks and they have not given me the OK and RMA number to ship the item back.

All I got from them was "our factory located in Chine, normally it will take two months to get replacement after you send it back.

Bought 8197 with adapter to use with Bose system. They were very helpful with questions prior to me paying. Received the unit and connected as per instructions.... no sound. Contacted Erisin and just got nonsense back from them.... no help. I told them I wanted some advice and the told me to speak to the seller...I bought directly from their website....I finally got it to work and was massively disappointed with it....I remov d it and refitted my Bose...much better.
Most disappointing was the attitude of customer services🤷‍♂️Steer well clear . Waste of money

I had second thought about buying a erisin es3029d radio looked at the writeups that were not good I thought I would like to try one out for myself ordered it on the 19th it arrived on the 21st yes only took 2days fitted it in only took 30 minutes to do working perfectly

Terrible do not order from Erisin. I ordered a radio for my car from the uk site and it has never worked, lots of delaying tactics from them telling me to download additional software and now I’ve asked for a refund they have said it needs to be posted back to China at a huge cost and they’ve told me to only insure for £90 when the radio cost over £200. Total scam! Read the other reviews and don’t waste your money.

Seriously? Do not buy from these scammers.

I bought a head unit ES8122S and some accessories ( reversing camera and OBD reader) and I'm very pleased with it. There were some complications with the delivery where it was split into 2 without notifying me. Delivery of the accessories took around 2 weeks to arrive despite being shipped from the UK warehouse. Radio arrived 2 weeks later. Overall quite stressful experience especially if your order meant to be delivered from UK and in fact it's shipped from China. Customer service team was helpful at the time and I'm happy to receive it overall as I thought it will go missing despite paying insurance with the delivery fee.

I bought the 7" screen Android 10 unit for my Ford Galaxy about a month ago and had an Auto Electrician fit it for me. The reversing sensors would not work with the unit so I bought an Erisin reversing camera and got the Auto Electrician to fit it.
Brilliant everything works DAB+ (uses the cars existing DAB aerial), phone, Sat Nav all for a fraction of the cost of top end units. Could not be happier!

I bought in July 31 2019 an Erisin PX30 (Android 9.0 Pixel XL Devices) ES4996B 9`s big screen, it plays really well and I am really happy with it, but they lack something with support because I have a small problem with reception on Radio and a lot on DAB + it is also an Erisin DAB + Box and it falls out a lot with the signal. and I can not find any help about it on Erisin.com.
I have then tried to update to (Android 10 for Pixel Devices) from XDA-Developers.com, it still runs fine and Radio runs better but DAB + Box still falls out a lot.

now i'm just hoping they get together and get some support so we can get some help.

Ich habe mir vor 2 Wochen ein 9 Zoll Touchscreen Autoradio für meinen Golf 5 gekauft. Über Ebay. Das Radio kam schnell. Ausgepackt und optisch für gut empfunden.
Nach dem Einbau etliche Softwarefehler gefunden und mich bei Erisin per Mail beschwert. Innerhalb eines Tages Antwort bekommen und das mit einigermaßen verständlichem Deutsch.
Ich war am Anfang skeptisch was die chinesischen Geräte taugen. Ich habe meine Meinung drastisch ins positive geändert. Ich werde den nächsten Autoradiokauf mit Sicherheit über Esirin machen.

Leider war auch bei meinem Erisin Radio der Empfang schlecht und einige Sachen funktionierten nicht. Nach langen Kontakt per E-mail mit Erisin kein Erfolg. Radio Retour an Deutschland gesendet. Seit ca. 3. Wochen habe ich kein Geld gesehen, E-mail verkehr ständig aber sehr anstrengend.
Vielleicht sehe ich ja noch mein Geld.
Wenn nicht muss ich nur schauen das ich alle anderen im Internet warne.

Bought a unit and paid the extra for 3 day delivery, No stereo and i had no replies to thier website messages (3 i sent). I also emailed them directly and guess what ! no reply ... surprise surprise.
Luckily i paid through paypal so i've opened up a case to get refunded.

Brought a erisin radio last February for my car but since I put it into my car it started to go wrong. Now it has gone on to the main screen with no sound and a black line through the middle. Do not buy one off theses they are rubbish.

Don't be put off with all the negative comments on this company, I have purchased 3 car head units for myself and my family and have to say they are amazing. I work in I.T and look into things of this nature in detail. The spec of the processors and ram are really good, so they are fast at booting especially the 8 core (octacore) 4 gb ram models. Build quality is strong and the vehicle specific sizes fit perfectly. The linking of the can bus to your existing vehicle systems is also great. I bought for my van and my car and will always now buy from erisin. Great company. Also fast shipment within UK.
