Talked through my whole job search situation and my coach helped me see where I was wasting time. I'd been applying too broadly without really thinking about fit or positioning. Now I have a much clearer strategy and I'm being more deliberate about the roles I go for. As Ally said - quality over quantity.

Don't trust their advertisements. They claim they will help you with tailoring your resume and preparing for interviews to get shortlisted in a month, but it is just a lie.

Once you pay, they just give you some generic information, boring theoretical lessons, and psychological questions about your desires. This is what every applicant already knows! There is no real or direct help for job seekers who are in a rush.

Even their sample CV is completely outdated (last update is 2014!). They put education at the top and experience at the bottom, which no professional recruiter accepts today. Their marketing claims are so far from reality. They just talk and waste your time. Highly do not recommend.

Total Bait-and-Switch - Do Not Recommend:

I signed up for Shift Careers expecting active, day-to-day partnership and live interview exercises with a career counselor. Instead, I was met with dead text modules and automated "homework" assignments.

To make matters worse, after paying out-of-pocket, the next available slot for a live 30-minute coaching session was three weeks out.
For a time-sensitive tech job search, waiting weeks for a single phone call is completely unacceptable.
The platform is designed around automated gatekeeping rather than high-level, tech-focused guidance. I have canceled my subscription and demanded a full refund.

Do not waste your money here if you need real, timely career support.

The resume builder pushed me to rethink the whole structure. They told me exactly what to move and why. Took maybe 45 minutes to rebuild it and it looks completely different now. Worth it.

Simply fraud. Please my message before you choose this site for career. I dnt get any calls or msgs from recuters even the customer support people's also response us very late. I took a membership for 1 week trail it just cost of $9 +$34 for month but noting i find good from them . GOD WILL TAKE SEVIOUR Action on them definitely..

Used the resume builder before my coaching session and it was a smart order to do things in. The builder got my CV into decent shape so we could spend the session on what roles to go for, how to prep for interviews. Didn't waste any session time on basics. Would recommend doing both.

This is part coaching, part therapy. It gave me confidence and guidance and i feel like i have a confidence. I also am unable to share my challenges to friends because they are all working and don't quite get what this journey feels like day to day. My coach became someone I could actually say all of it to.

A very understanding and knowledgeable career coach, Ally. She is very warm and friendly and helped me navigate through my situation and still continues to.

I was really anxious going in. I haven't job hunted in over six years and everything feels different now. My coach was patient and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing things. Feeling a lot less overwhelmed.

They charge in usd and don't even mention clearly anywhere that the customers are being charged in usd. When talking with customer service they will give you hard time as well that everything is non refundable and so on. It's too hard to pay freaking 80 usd for 4 week plan. I would be happy to pay that amount if you guys make the surety of 100% that i will land the job.

It felt less like a coaching session and more like talking to someone who's been on both sides of the hiring process. My coach understood what recruiters actually look for. Very refreshing to talk to a real person.

My coach picked up on things about my CV that I genuinely couldn't see myself, mostly around the language I was using. I'd been writing job descriptions instead of talking about impact. Once she pointed it out I couldn't unsee it. Really practical session, left with a clear list of things to fix.

Good session, useful tips. I'd say go in with specific questions ready. I wasn't fully prepared and felt we spent a bit of time just getting started. That's on me though. The LinkedIn advice alone was worth it.

this is only a scams, they advertise they are better then linkedin, as soon you'll pay for subscription you'll find they have nothing, only jobs search tips, within an 10 mint I asked for refund and canceled my subscription they have cancelled the plan but haven't refund.

Just another scam... their "refund guarantee" is more like a guarantee that they will NOT issue a refund to you... don't este your money in these scam apps

I had a very positive experience with the team. Initially, I wasn’t sure if the advertisement I saw on Facebook would be genuine, but as I started working with them, my perspective changed. I was able to gain a lot of valuable information that was completely new to me, and it will definitely be very helpful in my journey of finding the right job with a reputed company. I believe this experience will also give a strong boost to my career.

You pay a subscription fee, and then inside the subscription area, there are more, larger fees to do anything potentially useful. It seems designed to extract the maximum amount of money in the shortest time. They might be hiding the secret to becoming a billionaire, but they'll charge you $2 billion to find out.

Made a real difference. I thought a CV update was enough, but the coaching helped me rethink my whole approach. I now feel ready for senior roles I didn’t think I could reach.

Olivia really gets it. I was nervous before my session, but Olivia immediately made me feel comfortable. She helped me organize my job search, refine my profile, and gave tips for interviews. I feel much more confident now.
