Liars and thieves .They send me a faulty unit for my car, T. Auris. They send me a upgrade file, after the unit enter in eternal bootloop. Paypal not help, buyer protection is a joke.

My review is based on the following; I would also like to point out that you will find more people complain if they have a bad experience than people write if they have a good one.
Erisin 32GB Android 10.0 Car Stereo Radio Head Unit
I received this unit and in 15 min I replaced my old one in a Skoda Octavia car, it plugged right in, you might need a Arial adapter, fired it up and WOW the screen is bright, sharp and the sound is fantastic, made my standard unit sound even worse than it was and also showed the speakers to be better than they were with old unit , hotspot phone easily to the unit, use Google maps (although it comes with one already installed) setup my prime, movies play with no hesitation, prime music sounds awesome, just put the GPS head behind unit and works flawlessly, any android app will run on the unit, internet radio all hooked through my phone on hotspot so plenty to chose from. Love the unit.
Phone hooked up to Bluetooth easily, will buy reversing camera soon and install, sd card music (mp3) plays and sounds great.

Having read a lot of negative reviews on Trust Pilot etc I was a little weary of spending my money on an Erisin Product. However Erisin had the item with the features I wanted at a good price so I decided to gamble and take a chance... The Head unit was delivered from the UK within three days and looks very nice and fits my VW Crafter perfectly. I was very impressed with everything and it works perfectly out of the box, so very happy overall. There was however a niggling annoyance about what I consider missing wires not fitted to the main wiring loom. The advertising states this head unit is fully compatible with steering wheel controls, however they failed to mention that only applies if you have factory fitted Can Bus type controls fitted to your steering wheel. My problem was I had aftermarket steering wheel controls as well as a fitted Can Bus system but no factory controls on my steering wheel. I had fitted another make Android head unit to my other car and like most Android head units, being Android you would expect them to be open source and with all the proper wired connections made available to give you the most options available, But not Erisin. They chose in their infinite wisdom to decide for you that you do not need the Key1 and Key2 wired connections on the main harness... Grrr! So now I had bought a head unit that was advertised as being compatible with steering wheel controls that was not compatible with my steering wheel controls. What to do? I contacted after sales and had a moan about missing wires from the wiring harness but they had no solution. Luckily for me I am technically orientated and was able to fit the missing wires to pin 4 and 5 in the main power plug where Erisin saw fit to omit fitting these Key1 and Key2 connections. I told Erisin I can do this and they said yes ok it will work just fine. So why the hell did Erisin leave out the two wires from pins 4 and 5 in the power plug? I would have given 5 stars if they provided all the wires in the power plug. Beats me. Another issue I had was not enough usb connectors. If you buy accessories like DAB, Dash Cam, TPMS and still want to connect USB stick etc, you need at least 4 usb connectors, they only supply one cable for all these, the other cable is restricted to Carplay and Auto. And the usb on front screen does not work.
I would recommend overall to buy from Erisin, but not if you want your aftermarket steering wheel controls to work out of the box. Also their after sales response is a little slow but I assume that is because it comes from China, However they did respond to every message the next day.

Kann mich nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen, hier bekommt man keinen Service und auch keine Hilfe bei einem defekten Gerät. Erisin Multimediagerät für Mini Cooper erworben , nach einem 1/2 Jahr Display Ausfall, den Verkäufer gebeten um Abwicklung meines Garantieanspruchs, Antwort nach mehrmaligen emails, ich könne das Gerät ja in einer Werkstatt meines Vertrauens in Deutschland selber reparieren lassen und dann würde man mir, mit dem Kaufpreis entgegen kommen....... Sorry was ist das denn, so ein Gerät repariert doch hier keiner..... nach weiterer Mail, Funkstille , nichts mehr gehört , 350,-Euro in den Sand gesetzt, Gerichtsstand in Hongkong, somit null Garantie !! Leute kauft keinen China Müll mehr das lohnt nicht....

Non comprate assolutamente niente di questa marca perché fa completamente ridere. L’assistenza è pari a 0 i prodotti fanno pena, non funziona il gps, non funzionano le retrocamere o durano pochissimo, si blocca ogni 5 minuti, hanno 3 miliardi di problemi e fra l’altro costano pure tanto.

O acquistato un prodotto erisin e arrivato, tutto ok qualità superiore. Grazie

From day one I started having issues with one of there product as the sat nav didn't work and it had issues with the CD drive, the company helped and replaced the SD card for the sat nav which repaired the sat nav and the CD drive magically fixed itself, 4 months later I started having other issues, a loud banging noises coming from the speakers and the sat nav taking me 5 miles in a different direction, then all of a sudden the stereo just didn't want to turn on. Sometimes it wouldn't turn on at all and others it would turn on 10 minutes into the car journey, I asked if I could return this item and because it had been 4 months they asked me to return it to China, I didn't think this was acceptable and requested and British address to send this item back to, at first they wouldn't give it me so I left negative feedback and stated that I would take it further, after seeing the negative feedback, they was quick to say if I was to remove the feedback they would accept the return to a British address, I removed the feedback and sent the stereo back, after receiving confirmation that it had been delivered, I then received an email from the company stating that I am only entitled to a £34 refund as I have used this item for 4 month, I don't think this is acceptable. I have returned this item due to it being faulty and not due to me not wanting it anymore,

I would steer clear of buying any item from this company as the customer service is extremely poor and they make false promises as I returned this item in expectation of getting a full refund and all I have received is £34, now I'm a left just shy of £100 down and no item due to no fault of my own.

Erisin company does not deserve 1 star but had to give one star to write review. Bought Es3017A for my Toyota Auris 2008 on 09/08/2021. Worked fine until middle of October when GPS Satnav stopped working with an error 'User Interface is not compatibels with (1024x600). Emaild Erisin. they sent a link to down load maps. Followed instructions to copy maps to GPS Sd card. Still got same error. Contacted Erisin to tell them that GPS Satnav still was not working. Request further assistance. That was when they decided to close doors on me. a week later sent another email requesting for prepaid return lable to return faulty headunit in order to have it repaired/ replaced or refunded. No reply form Erisin. Their website has no customer care or any dowload tabs. This means bad business practice. They did not have the decency to at least let me know if they were willing to repaire/replace the headunit and at what cost or to explain it me why they were not willing to redress my complaint. Their attitude was akin to 'go to hell. we got the money. we are not interested'. I cannot understand how these scums can operate in EU with complete disregard to EU/UK business practices and after sale customer care and rights. I have since opened up a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Centre for a repair/replacement or full refund for a faulty headunit.

Leider habe ich die Bewertungen nicht vor der Bestellung gelesen. Mehrere Probleme mit dem Teil und nach 2 Emails hört man von der Firma nichts mehr. Bei Paypal als Problem gemeldet, auch da leider bisher keine Antwort. Fazit: Besser woanders kaufen da bei Problemen nicht wirklich geholfen wird. Ich warte auf die deutsche Adresse für die Rücksendung.
Der Fairness halber: nach Einschaltung von PayPal immerhin die Adresse bekommen. Ware zurückgesendet und hoffe nun das mein Geld auch noch kommt.

Stay away from the company dodgy from the Start 2 incorrect Tracking numbers provided the stereo never arrived even tho they marked it as shipped Thank god for PayPal buyer protection.

Aftercare for this company is a joke, once they have your money they have 0% interest in helping. We got in touch with them over a lost user manual asking was there one we could download online as a pdf. Weren’t interested at all. AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY

Ich hatte bereits ein Erisin Radio mit dem ich eigentlich zufrieden war. Bis es sich nach ein paar Monaten ständig aufgehangen hat, wenn man dies nicht rechtzeitig bemerkt hatte war die Batterie leer. Nach dem Wechsel auf ein IPhone 11 konnte das Radio sich dann auch nicht mehr mit dem hotspot Verbinden. Irgendwann hab ich mich entschlossen das Radio gegen ein neueres zu tauschen leider musste ich feststellen das sich in 3 Jahren dort nicht getan hat. Mit 8 Kern Prozessor wird geworben. Die Teile sind so langsam wie mein erstes Smartphone. Erisin liefert nichtmal Updates für ihre Geräte. Finger weg von dem Schrott! Leider muss man bei Paypal erst einen Fall eröffnen damit dort was passiert.

Will not stand behind their product. Purchased android head unit and after 6 months it wouldn’t work. Contacted support and they offered to sell be replacement part…

Autradio Android 2 din pour bmw ES8788b, très jolie fonctionne bien sauf la radio FM qui ne fonctionne pas 2 antennes essayé et remplacent du module FM sans résultat déçu mais j'avais vu que beaucoup avait le problème ! Et pas de vrai solution de la part de erisin

This company is a joke. Purchased an android unit- worked well for 4 moths then the sd card stopped working, they sent a patch to get it working and asked me to reset the thung...waste of time.. they then asked for photos jf the build and kernel, sent those...its now been a month and several messages later...still no reply. This company is COVID-19 of ebay - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

After finding the stereo i wanted and the extras to go with it i needed to ask a question before purchasing. 5 times i have asked through contact us on website and email and still no replies. Good to know businesses can afford to lose £480.00 orders. Had your chance.

Was about to place an order for an Erisin 10" Android head plus all the extras.
Had a few queries about the unit so sent them to Ersin via online "contact us" message.
No reply.
Tried a few more times.... nothing.
I figure that if they can't answer a pre-sales enquiry, they're not going to help post-sale!
Cancelled my order.

Purchased an ES5167 as was being advertised that it fits the BMW E81 (1 Series) - It does not not even close, the installation video the sent only shows an E90 (3 Series) which is completely different. Their suggestion so far "the screw holes for the radio do not lineup up even close with the existing holes. -- Is it possible that you make modification so that it would get fitted?"
I am not about to hack my car around just to fit something that they advertise as "fitting".

Bought an android head because It is advertised as a straight swap for the Alfa Romeo159 OEM radio, which to be fair it is.

I also got the DAB+ module, okay so far then.

You can chose the car logo also for when the unit starts up, cool I thought.

Now this unit as pretty as it is, and for all of the facilities that it has built in is the most useless radio unit I have ever had, and I’ve had some.

DAB+ absolutely useless, sounds like a Dalek.

The radio loses the channel at every possible opportunity.

It has never started up with the car logo, just on an out of tune radio station which is bloody annoying.

It NEVER remembers my mobile hotspot and to retune into Deezer on the app I downloaded to the head, well I give up most of the time and turn it off.

Built in phone, again, “can you hear me” “hello” “can you hear me” “ who is it” “it’s me, can you hear me” (getting louder, and so it goes until one of us hangs up.

Why, why why, make a unit that doesn’t work, that is just stupid. Also the instructions manual is a joke and is just a few pages, so you have to try to learn how to use it on your own.
Again, WHY.

All this unit does, is fill a hole in my dash, where a radio that did work used to live.

I am annoyed at myself, because that voice in my head said “Phil, you know that that is going to be a piece of crap” but even so, here I am with a £190.00 deficit in my bank account.

There should be a Law against making rubbish like this and also importing it into this country.
