If I could given minus stars I would, I bought the vehicle specific android head unit camera and dab plus unit for citreon relay. And wish I hadnt the canbus decoder has fried my body control unit, the stereo did even work it was useless. After many emails i was told I would get a refund so I sent the unit and accessories back via recorded delivery they have received the goods and I have not had a refund and they are not returning my emails or messages its a complete con and has cost hundreds of pounds. Don't even entertain buying off this company

The company is a scam. They advertise Android 10 units but they are infact Android 8.1 which I have proof of.
The screen did nor work, connect to my Mercedes canbus system and after spending hundreds of pounds on fitting, adjustments to the software and removal for a full refund they offer me £100! I'm going to go through trading standards and pursue legal action as they are fraudsters DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Don't buy from Erisin. Badly designed and made unit. Had a variety of problems and the unit was unusable. Customer service promised to support me but kept fobbing me off with ways to try and get me to fix the head unit. Now they have run out of ideas, they have stopped responding.

Bought stereo on eBay 31st December 21 on eBay started getting problems by July with software issues, they sent me a couple updates which didn’t work asked for refund and they stopped answering my messages. Complained to EBay which was a waste of time so put a claim through PayPal 4 days after that they sent me address for return. So if anyone has problems always try and go through PayPal

I received my system (SCRAP)back Just now 5-10-2022. Please be very careful if you choice ERISIN SYSTEM. Just avoid them… I lost more money what I don’t expect…

i bought an erisin navigator from czech republic, ES4985V is not a good product, and better Xomax

they sent the wrong product, assured me that they will cover the return costs, but never heard from them again. Got the correct unit, but had to do a lot of modification to fit it. And never got back my shipping costs. Aftercare is a joke, don't buy here

Absolutely appalling service don't waste your money buy off anybody but erisin no customer service my second head unit for my mercedes and I wish I had bought anything other than there product.i have emailed them asking a question and the refuse to answer stating I need warranty to answer a question and I bought the head unit brand new in the box from there supplier

These products are useless it would seem they are factory rejects from an unknown Chinese manufacture. They dont come with any useful instructions only a universal guide to fitting an android stereo. You get a bag full of none colour coded or unneeded wires that you have to guess what use they are. Customer service only answer sales enquiries not technical or problem issues. They claim to have stock in the uk but most items arrive air frieght from HK or China. If your lucky you may get some features to work after messing but there will always be an issue like no radio signal etc. Dont waste your time and money

I am disappointed, as well as everyone who buys erisin radios, especially the ES8740S model.
These radios have very bad FM / AM RECEPTION reception. On internet forums, everyone who buys your Erisin radios has the exact same flaw: poor FM / AM radio reception and no or very poor signal.
I had the radio installed correctly by a specialized technician.
I tried to contact erisin.com, but the answer is always the same: I have to contact the seller for assistance, but at most he can only replace the car stereo with an identical one, which invariably has the same defect.
Erisin makes fun of her customers, after selling, she abandons her customers to themselves, as this is a manufacturing defect and has nothing to do with the seller's guarantee.
My advice to those who want to mount an android system on their car is to absolutely avoid the Erisin brand. Buy other more reliable brands. Don't waste your money.

Pour un autoradio erisin ES8162B ,lorsque j'ai reçu et installé le poste, il fonctionnait normalement, puis au bout de 3mois , il perdait régulièrement des fonctions . J'ai contacté erisin qui m'ont fait faire des mises à jours, le fonctionnement durait 2 à 3 semaines puis se mettait de nouveau a ne plus marcher.
Après plusieurs demandes ,on se mets d'accord pour que je le renvoi et qu'ils me le réparent ou remplacent.
Ils ont mon poste depuis plus de 4mois et ils n'ont toujours rien fait. Je les ai contacté a plusieurs reprise et ils me répondent de telle sorte que je dois patienter . Ils me proposent de payer 100€ pour me remplacer mon poste qui est garantie , chose que je refuse .
Pour conclure , je déconseille FORTEMENT de faire vos achat chez erisin ou les boutiques qui vendent leur produit , c'est une pure arnaque que de vous faire payer pour une réparation sous garantie.
A ce jour mon poste est toujours en Allemagne et je ne sais pas si je vais pouvoir seulement le récupérer.

Yet again Erisin shown no interest in after sale service for their customers. I wrote to them with a simple question about my Erisin ES8733S unit, how do I control the volume on the extremely loud, built in bluetooth ring tone !? To my surprise they replied, and wanted all information about when and where I bought the unit, after which they referred me to another email address !? And yes, you've guessed it, no response whatsoever! I don't think they understand the concept of 'after sales service', once you've bought from them, no interest in helping you at all ! I sincerely regret wasting my money on their product unfortunately!

Ich kann nur eindringlich davor warnen, Geld für ein Erisin-Produkt auszugeben. Am Ende hat man Geld verschwendet, sich mit dem Support herumgeärgert und ein funktionsloses Gerät in den Händen.

Meine bisherige Erfahrung sieht wie folgt aus: Nach wenigen Tagen ließ sich die zweite Menüseite nicht mehr aufrufen und der Versuch wurde mit einer Fehlmeldung quittiert. So war es z. B. nicht mehr möglich DAB+ zu nutzen, weil sich das Programm auf der zweiten Seite befindet.

Der Support reagiert mit knappen lücken- und fehlerhaften Handlungsanweisungen und verweist auf Google-Drive, wo gern mehrere Dokumente zu finden sind. Hier darf man dann selbst probieren, welches das richtige ist, denn der Support geht auch auf Nachfrage nicht näher darauf ein und beantwortet gern Fragen, die gar nicht gestellt wurden.

Mit Hilfe anderer Anleitungen, die auf Youtube und in Foren zu finden sind, ist es schließlich gelungen das Update aufzuspielen. Hier zeigte sich auch, dass die vom Erisin-Support beschriebe Vorgehensweise niemals zum Erfolg geführt hätte.

Das ursprüngliche Problem blieb weiterhin ungelöst, denn das Update brachte keine Abhilfe. Der Hinweis, dass sich das DAB+ weiterhin nicht nutzen lässt, führte lediglich zu einer neuen halbgaren Anleitung ein APK zu installieren und wieder wurde auf Google-Driver verwiesen, wo gleich mehrere APKs zu finden waren. Die Nachfrage, welches der APKs das richtige sei wurde mit „Laden sie alle Dateien herunter“ beantwortet.

Die Frage, wie das APK zu installieren ist, wurde mit einem Einzeiler beantwortet. Man soll das APK-Installationsprogramm aufrufen. Großartig. Da hätte man auch gleich antworten können „einfach installieren“

Auf DAB lässt sich leider nicht verzichten, weil der gewöhnliche Radioempfang derart miserable ist, dass er keine Alternative darstellt. Das separat erworbene DAB-Modul nebst Antenne ist jetzt natürlich genau so nutzlos wie das Radio selbst.

Der Wunsch, ein vom Funktionsumfang üppiges Radio zum halben Preis zu erhalten, wird hier hart bestraft.

Lieferung nicht erhalten den Verkäufer interessiert es nicht. Seit über 4 Wochen wird man vertröstet. Paypal ist auch keine Hilfe. Danke für nichts.

Well these reviews suprise me have they fitted units properly? I've had a couple of units for merivas also dab radios cameras never had an problem,its all about fitting units correctly ,I think 🤔

erisin and Tpstereo8 do not care after they have taken your cash and they will provide you with a unit that does not work.

AVOID TPSTEREO8 on eBay.

Customer service atrocious

Nach nun 23 mails hin und her noch keine Einigung. Ich habe ein Erisin Radio, 3 Monate in Betrieb, Display schwarz, Empfang gestört, eingebaut von einer Fachfirma. Erst sollte ich laut Anweisungen von Erisin den Fehler selber suchen. Das sollte ich ruhig selber machen, da das Gerät ja noch Garantie !!! hat könne ja nichts passieren. Gemacht- das Problem bestand weiterhin. Angebot Austausch Display unter Zuzahlung von 30 Euro für Anschlussmaterial. Ich bat um Austausch des kompletten Gerätes, da ich nicht weiß ob nur das Display defekt ist oder um Erstattung des Kaufpreises. Erisin bot mir 140 Euro an, Kaufpreis 260 Euro. Der Einbehalt wären Nutzungsgebühren für das defekte alte Radio - so Erisin. Damit bin ich nicht einverstanden, denn Nutzungsgebühren einzubehalten ist rechtswidrig. Ich habe einen Garantieanspruch und es interessiert nach 23 nervigen mails mit Fotos vom defekten Gerät keinen ? Auch eine Fristsetzung zur Lösung war Erisin egal. Aussage Erisin, ich hätte das Gerät ja innerhalb 30 Tagen nach Kauf zurückgeben können bei Nichtgefallen und man zweifele an, das das Gerät defekt sei. Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung habe ich nie eine Rücksendeadresse für das nach 3 Monaten kaputt gegangene Gerät erhalten. Jetzt schweigt Erisin und hat wohl den mailkontakt zu mir eingestellt ? Somit bleibt mir nur weiterhin zu versuchen ein neues Gerät von Erisin zu bekommen und über alle Medien, TÜV, Verbraucherschutz andere Interessenten zu warnen.
