I bought a unit for a Ford C-Max 2007. Number 8766.
When unpacking the buttons to operate the radio on the left and the right fell of.
The unit is too big, it does not fit in the dashboard. After breaking some plastic in my dashboard :-( , the unit nearly fitted in, and than one hook locked up. Tried to unlock the unit with the removal keys, but that did not work. At last I managed to get the unit out and save my dash. The erisin unit is broken, totaly bent.

How can a seller say it fits in the car, specially made for your car, when it does not fit at all?

Even one star is too many for this LYING Trade Mark.
The same unit is sold under many Trade Mark names, so it is not just Erisin, there must be many Chinese companies lying, since they all sell the same unit.
I will never ever order any piece of plastic from Aliexpress. No quality mark, no guarantee possibilities.

Recently bought this for my Mercedes R Class. It took me about 10 min to connect all wires and assemble the massive 8inch head unit. It's was super easy as I was expecting good hour at least. Radio catching plenty of FM stations same as the original radio. Sound is near the same. Has EQ and bass options. Not matching the original but very near. Screen is very responsive and commands are easy to use. The most important for me is the steering wheel controls still works with this radio. Amazing value for money and look super cool. Well done Erisin I will recommend you to anyone

J'ai acheter un autoradio 2 Din Android pour 130 € sur Ebay à Erisin . L'appareil tombe en panne au bout d'un mois . Je contacte le SAV pour un échange . Il refuse l'échange et me demande de faire des tests ( Reset , Mise à jour système ect ... ) , qui ne résolve rien , puis d'interminable échange de mail , toujours refus d'échanger l'appareil et toujours des tests à faire . Le temps passe les 180 jours, le délai Ebay passe et enfin il vous annonce que vous pouvez faire réparer l'autoradio à vos frais en l'expédiant en Chine frais de transport AR à votre charge. Je confirme cette société est dirigé par des escrocs , ce n'est pas le cas de toutes les sociétés chinoises Merci JN

In 2018 I purchased a used Golf GTI V which had an Erisin and that’s how I got introduced to this brand. Have to admit the functionality and its appearance is what rates highly. It looks brilliant on the dash and with large 8” or 9” screens just enhances the vehicle appeal. However, this is where it all stops because the downside of these Erisin’s is by contrast equally terrible. The first Erisin unit already in the vehicle was installed as an aftermarket and that one failed after 18 months but two weeks after a replacement car battery which leads me to believe the power regulator components in the Erisin were sensitive to the battery dying but this is speculation only. The Erisin by that stage was 18 months old and should not have failed. Apart from a single LED it was completely dead. Erisin must look at people like me contacting them for support as potential buyers because as far as effort to help you is a lottery just there. I have read hundreds of these reviews for the last two years and I can confirm the same experiences. So why did I purchase another newer unit ? This is something I’ve asked myself a few times now. It is like this, locally sold reputable quality head units that go near the functionality and appearance are hellishly expensive by comparison and you are dealing with varying levels of retail price gauging for interfaces and installation and additional cables etc. Erisin is pretty much hands on, install myself but also cheap to buy. If you are a hands on type of person and can navigate the basic electronics of audio and car connections etc you will be fine. The Erisin radio you buy must be a model for your vehicle make / model because the interfacing adapter block connects straight in and that connects the steering wheel buttons plus vehicle stats information to the head unit.
Can I recommend Erisin ? I am neutral on that because when you buy an Erisin you are buying a solution and a problem at the same time. For me, I am hands on, enjoy the head unit 9” screen which looks great in my VW Golf but I already know this experience will not last beyond 2 years. Anything over that then i will not be as disappointed.
Erisin’s probably don’t have lots of quality protection circuitry and from poor design suffer from too much heat. As we all know heat severely deteriorates the life of many components so it is just a matter of time before that deterioration fails the whole unit.
So you have a poorly designed piece of electronics backed by a poorly managed manufacturer with “sales” people providing support and these two things aligned like this means high risk.
Audio quality ? It is not rubbish but depending on the mode / function it is OK. But again poor electronics is a factor here and you should think of it like this, it is a small Android computer producing sound rather than a quality amplifier/audio player.
Signal strength ? I live in Sydney, Australia and the DAB is almost useless, radio is reasonable, GPS is reasonable.
Erisin Support ? Useless, prob the worst I’ve seen. They don’t want to know, hardly respond, offer a replacement board but you still have to pay even under warranty.
Erisin Sales ? A ridiculous and ambiguous amount of ever changing head unit models and you need to check over and over between each model which are 95% similar functionality. But when you do make the purchase the unit is delayed and they will send you an email to ask for more money due to their stupid excuses like shipping cost increases or exchange differences. All rubbish reasons.
Conclusion, I would like to say buy a quality reputable product and save the hassles but if you are a risk taker and are hands on and enjoy the looks and functionality and prepared to replace every two or so years then consider it. I hope this review helps in some way.

Wir haben Zwei Erisin Android 10 "Radios" gekauft und nach Test Sofort zurück gegeben!Mein Freund hatte das gleiche gekauft mit gleichen Mängeln!!!
Das "Radio" hat einen dermaßen schlechten Empfang, das "Radio" hören unerträglich unzumutbar ist (bei beiden Geräten) So ist auszuschließen, es liegt ein einmaliger Mangel am Gerät selbst vor!
Dann haben wir dazu eine DAB+ Box geklauft, mit gleichem Ergebniss, obwohl in Empfangstarken Gebiet, null Empfang auch nicht mit DAB+ (Bei beiden Geräten) Die Optik und Verarbeitung ist zwar Ok, nur was will man mit So einem "Radio", wo Empfang "Radio" oder DAB+ so erbärmlich Grotten schlecht ist!Mit dem Original MB Radio in keinster Art und Weiße vergleichbar!Mehr haben wir dann auch gar nicht getestet z.b. Navi etc. Weil uns nur alleine der Radio Empfang veranlasst hat das "Radio" Sofort zurück zu geben, was zudem auch Sehr langwierig und Problematisch ist!
FAZIT:
Finger Weg von dem "Radio" oder man Ärgert sich grün und Blau...Willi

Having read the negative reviews I was a little concerned but for the money I took the gamble and ordered a head unit for my Mercedes SLK.
It arrived with the wrong ISO adapter cable, I emailed them and received an apology and replacement cable within a few days. I installed the unit myself and everything worked as it should with the exception of the steering wheel controls, again I email Erisin and the same person emailed back with some suggestions to change some of the settings which worked.
Overall the unit is great, Apple CarPlay works just as it should, audio quality is much better than the original, the look is like OEM, I’m a very happy man and recommend them for both their head units and especially their customer service.

Ho acquistato un 2 din per Fiat bravo ma non mi vanno i comandi al volante. Devo comprare qualche altro attacco oppure si deve fare qualche modifica?? Grazie

Ho acquistato un autoradio android erisin per opel corsa d (231,00€) su e bay. Mi arriva dopo 3 gg dalla Germania. Dopo 8 mesi smette di funzionare, non si accende più da un giorno all'altro. Contatto ERISINCARAUDIO da ebay e mi chiedono di rispedire l'autoradio in China a mie spese (65,00€),e lo faccio. Mi aspetto una sostituzione o un rimborso certo della garanzia di 24 mesi, invece mi viene proposto un rimborso di 82,00€, perché ho usato l'autoradio per 10 mesi, come se l'avessi noleggiato, o la sostituzione a fronte di un un pagamento di 164,00€. In pratica sta gente qua,senza preavviso e senza che mi resti nulla in mano, mi fa gettar via circa 210,00€ !
In oltre mi è stata negata la restituzione del mio articolo anche se guasto! ASSURDO

Io ho acquistato un 8 core Erisin su eBay da un rivenditore autorizzato in Italia , e loro mi anno manda un 6core e non anno voluto ammettere lo sbaglio, trovano sempre scuse su scuse e anche poco professionale.

Salve ho un autoradio erisin che ho montato sul Mercedes volevo sapere se si può inserire la scheda telefonica nella sterio?

Don't buy anything from Erisin brand on Ebay. The warranty is useless and they does not reply to problems on android radios.

I completely agree with Yan. It's being the worst experience that I've ever had in e-commerce.
It's completely true they lie on the website. I paid for an Erisin Android Radio more than one month ago (9 units available in Europe), and they told me the next day that they were without stock. Still waiting...ah! and the shipment will be done from the HK warehouse because there is no stock in the whole world!!
I feel cheated.
I asked for a refund, and they did it.

Avoid, this company sells faulty units. Also describes them totally wrong. If you ask them to refund the money they ignore. I end up asking PayPal for help and then I send them faulty unit back they pester me with emails to cancel the claim and then they return the money, typical Chinese scam. Not ever worth to waist a time.

Low cost compared with other. DSP is cool wide range EQ. Sounds good , It takes some time to learn. So far features I've tried work. I dont expect it to do everything they says it can "all at the same time" With a mod ROMS may have potential to be really good. You just have to be a tech wizard. The company was quick to answer my emails. Took long time to ship, like it was built to order, then sent around the world.

Disaster ! they lie on the website.
they sell products that are out of stock, on the website they lie about how much is in stock...
i paid and for weeks they just believe it will be back in stock.
I do not recommend anyone to buy!

I even paid much more to get it from Germany Warheouse and now they sent it from China without saying anything in advance!

I am really pissed off. This is one of the worst shops I ever had.

First headunit was supposed to be new but received a broken used item.
I then had to pay to send it back and get a replacement which broke after 4 days.
I have asked for the part needed to be sent to me but now being told I will have to pay £30 for the part.
Useless company, 1 email from them every day around 2am.
I will not recommend this company to Anyone.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The basics are they sent a the unit I ordered. The unit arrived but was faulty. I asked to return for a refund. Returned the unit but they wanted to deduct £40 for the privilege of having a faulty unit. I never got the refund. Avoid. I have emails to prove all of this so please don’t ignore me. If I stop just one person from buying a unit I’ll be happy.

I recently brought a 9 inch stereo for my mercedes w169 car (model es5992b). After reading the reviews here i was a bit worried but now after i have installed i ask myself why didnt i do this 2 years back. The product is great - quick, easy to use, aesthetically very nice, fits perfectly and everything works. Also the delivery time although said 2-3 days arrived in a week which a was no problem for me. Another great thing was the customer service, i asked a few questions via email and they replied to it within the next day. I do not have any problems with it and hence recommend it to all others who are looking to buy a new car stereo.
