The dress ruffle doesn’t remotely resemble the fabric pictured. I would be embarrassed to be seen in it!

I love you guys, outstanding service. But, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the garment.

If i could give a negative number it would be -100+

Very bad quality, not like the images on website. I bought a shirt, a dress, and their "orthopedic boots" all cheap materials and my 5th grade niece could probably sew better. Very sad. Someone needs to protect the consumer and remove their website for purchase.

I lost over $200 on this purchase.

On top of everything they took forever to ship, 1-4 weeks after purchase

I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered. They post beautiful pictures for magazines and they send you junk.!!!
I bought two dresses and both of them are totally different than the pictures. They won’t give you the money back despite their promise.! they make you go around in circles make take pictures! They deceive you with their name and you are thinking that you buy from USA, but it is in China and impossible to send back without paying an arm and a leg. I am so mad at them is they are total cons.

It took a long time to come and once received it was not what I expected. The material was not the right material for that dress. It was just bad.

Do not buy from this site. The quality of the dress I ordered was extremely disappointing. The dress did not remotely resemble the picture or description. I would equate the dress I received to a low end nightgown or house dress. I would never wear it in public. I absolutely will be returning the dress. HORRIBLE!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress to wear on my wedding day. It looked like pale apricot satin with a figured overdress. When it arrived I was appalled. It is pink, streaky printed polyester, the nastiest fabric you can imagine. I can’t wear this. Please don’t scammed like I did. Stay away from this website.

Two sweaters advertised as soft wool blends 100% polyester. Smell like piss and chemicals. Return is self paid. Lies!!!!!!! Should be banned. Has cured me if online clothing purchases.

I ordered and paid for a top. The top I received was a very cheep looking top that was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted their customer service 7 times with NO RESPONCE. Finally, I was told that I needed to pay for the return of the idem I never ordered. Its like a computer, not a person is responding to email because there is a disconnect in communication. I am going to stop payment at my bank. If you had a minus category on the rating scale, a -1 would be too high a rating.

Horribly misleading. The product I received bore no resemblance to the advertised item. It wasn’t worth the effort of trying to return it and claim a refund. In fact the item was so cheap and nasty that I gave it unworn to a charity shop. Please do not buy from this company

Poor customer service and absolutely not a legitimate business. Do NOT purchase from here. Clickbait purchase model that aggressively prompts mistakes. No assistance for returns and no explanation of why they refused to actually stop my order from processing despite I immediately cancelled it via email at the only email address they have online. They have a phone number that is a non working number. They have zero responses. They did not allow cancellation. No explanation of return or return policy. Fraudulent business, so not buy.

I am requesting a full refund for the dress I received. The fabric was extremely poor quality, and the dress looked more like a costume than the item shown and described online. It was not what I reasonably expected and is not something I can wear.

Please send me the return instructions and a prepaid return label, and issue a full refund to my original payment method.

Immediarely after I placed my order, I realized that the quantity showed "2" items. I emailed back to you to cancel one of the pairs of slacks and was told it was not possible becaused the order was already being processed. This contradicts what your policy states.

I am also disappointed in the quality of the fabric. In photos, it looked more like a linen but it is polyester.

When the second pair of pants is delivered, ow do I return it and where? I can't find aany information on returns.

Fit is great, so happy with my purchase.

The fabric is too thin. I would only wear it with something else’s under it. I would like to return it please.

I ordered a 3 piece outfit for a wedding. When I got the item it wasn't the same color first of all. It looked like pajamas! It was horrible! I contacted the company and they asked me to send a photo for their review. I asked why I need to send a photo when I'm returning it irregardless and want a refund and no other option. I sent several photos just the same. They gave me a return address in China to return it to. When I went to UPS I was told it would cost over $400 to ship! (The outfit cost under $55.) Needless to say I did not ship it. I emailed the company and told them I won't be sending it back and said it's a scam!
