Cometí el error de no mirar las opiniones. Compré un vestido que me costó $69 dólares, no me gustó el material de la tela, es muy mala calidad. Nada que ver la foto con el producto que llego. Me comuniqué con ellos y me aceptaron la devolución pero hay que enviarlo a China y el cliente tiene que pagar el envío. Les informé acerca de mi inconformidad con ambas situaciones y solo me dijeron que esas eran sus políticas de devolución

Shipping was much longer than expected and the company sent a completely different dress, not even close to the one I ordered. After I received the very cheaply made poor quality item, I researched the company and found several reviews that reported the same experience that I had. Apparently, this is a scam company who makes money this way. Companies like this should not be allowed to sell or market in the USA!

Es una estafa. Pedí un vestido, me enviaron otro de bajísima calidad y cuando comenté que se habían equivocado de vestido, me dijeron que enviase el paquete a CHINA!

Never received all off my order yet they keep sending emails for discounts and by more.

The dress I ordered looks NOTHING like the photos, and isn't even a dress. It's a top and skirt that is made out of a swimsuit spandex material and has cutouts on the waist. I ordered a formal dress and received something that probably cost 5 bucks to make tops.

Emma&Olivia is based in China, even though their site lists a company address of Wyoming. They advertise clothing that looks like high quality and is discounted for "value". However, the merchandise is very low quality and is not the value the price suggests. Returning was not easy and the cost was high (returns go to China).

Good order communication.a little too many emails in a week. Quality of blouse nice looks better on versus when you first unwrap it.

I wouldn't even give them a (1) star. I tried to purchase (2) jean shirts and after weeks what was delivered was a pitiful 2 shirts that were "RAGS"....and can't get my refund back. They don't answer their contact phone line, they don't answer the email to contact them. This company IS HORRIBLE....please please don't purchase from them. Mary W Brock

I am so disappointed in my purchase. My main complaint is that what I got was not what was described or pictured. It was totally disappointing - the part wool sweater was very thin polyester/elastine and the dress had short sleeves not 3/4 as pictured. It was a 'box' not a loosely fitted dress. The shoes were just awful material and molded plastic soles. AND they would not pay postage for returns even though it was their misrepresentation at fault. So sad.

I love the dress. The size I chose usually has a little wiggle room, this one does not.

Only received half my order and what I did receive was very poor quality. Spent six weeks emailing back and forth trying to get the rest of my order or a refund but to no avail.AI bot responses and no solutions. Terrible! Don’t be duped or ever buy anything from this company.

When placing the order I received a email thanking me but I noticed the wrong colour was being sent, the response I got was send it back as order cannot be changed
delivery was so slow and when it did arrive the packaging was high in fumes like burning plastic

When looking at it the image on her post it is clearly not what she is selling as neckline is different and chrome buckles on straps which you couldn’t see was then there, also underarm cut was down to the waist.. again not what you see in the image and would be impossible to wear without seeing your bra and waist

¿Qué salió mal? Solicité dos veces el reembolso de un producto y no se respondió a mis correos, a pesar de que garantizan la devolución en treinta días.

El producto era de mala calidad, me pareció un robo que me cobraran 43,95 por una chaqueta que no vale más de doce euros y encima decían que el precio original era más de 100 euros porque era un producto de calidad y es mentira.

Y encima ni se dignan a contestarte.

The colour/ style was as expected. The fit was great. Delivery fast. Will order again!

Do not waste your money. What is pictured on the catalog is not what you receive. You will receive a cheap quality. The cheapest quality I have seen. For example if you see jeans that you like they are not jeans. They are a fabric that resembles a tablecloth.

Waited over 3 weeks for delivery.
Wrong item received & no response to complaints.
Should have checked this company out before trusting them to act in a professional manner. I can now see so many others with same experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Got to say, i ordered items from this Chinese Based Company. the material and quality are horrible. holes in the pockets of the dress. When asking for assistance to return, after 3 weeks before getting a response, you have to pay for full shipping to ship back to China.

Save yourself the money and the aggravation. I ordered two items from Emma & Olivia Boutique, and both were a bait-and-switch.

The first was a baby blue dress with brown accents on the neckline and belt. What arrived was flimsy, poorly made, and didn't fit according to their own size guidelines. The second was a pearl necklace that looked lovely in the photos. In person, it's cheap costume junk that bears no resemblance to what was advertised.

When I asked to return them, I was told to ship everything to an address in China at my own expense. The return postage costs nearly as much as I paid for the items, which I can only assume is the point: make returns so expensive that customers give up and eat the loss.

Nothing about this website suggests you're buying from China. It presents itself as a charming American boutique, complete with a U.S. address and a feel-good "mother and daughter" story. The glowing reviews on their site don't match what you'll find anywhere independent. The BBB has rated them F and has formally challenged their "5000+ reviews," "up to 80% off," and "money back guarantee" claims, which they have not responded to.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, file a dispute for "item not as described." And if you haven't ordered yet, don't.

The dress ruffle doesn’t remotely resemble the fabric pictured. I would be embarrassed to be seen in it!
