My order arrived over a week sooner than what was originally projected which was really nice. The item I ordered looked very close to the online picture, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Plus, it fits perfect.

the blouse was of poor qualty , cheaply made, the sleeves are very long ad so close fitting at the wrist I am not able to turn them up. They offer quick and esy returns so go ahead and try things out. The communication is very very slow, the delivery is very slow, and they asked for a photo when I stated I simply was not pleaded withe the quality for the price, and it needs tailoring.

I did not receive my order I got an email it was delivered but never got it

I only gave a one star because in order to write something I had to. This company should be shut down. It’s a scam. The item I purchased looks nothing like the item on the site and is cheaply made. I was ripped off. Do Not Buy From This Company. It is the worse experience I lhave had in ordering something. The item looks like something a 2 year old made. No one will return my calls or emails to return the item. It is a sham

I received a garment that was noted as a small but it was an extra extra large. When I asked to return it they wrote I had to send it to the manufacturer which was in China. They gave me the China address to return it to. It would cost me $142 to return the top. The top cost something like $34. I followed up with them to clarify that this is what they intended but I never got a response back.

I gave it one star but in reality it should receive minus five stars. This is not a legitimate website. Please please please don't throw your money away. The fabric is cheap and you will not receive what you paid for.

Luckily, the dress arrived just in time….the day before the wedding, thank God! I was a little disappointed in the quality of the material, but I received many compliments so I can’t really complain

This is what I wrote to them after they told me I could return my order to China at my own expense. “Thank you for answering my email. You have very cute styles but do not provide products that are matching your photos. You need to have your sizing be more similar to sizes we are used to here in the United States. These shirts were way too small for XL. I usually wears L, but I thought I should order larger to be safe. I needed to go even larger than that. Also, please describe the fabrics better when advertising you clothing. As I said the photo looked like a softer, thicker material than the shirts that came. That’s not what I was expecting.”

This is a scam. Their product is the worst ever product receive pictures are different, they will not accept returns and just do not care ! Super expensive . Do not ever but from this site!calling my credit card to report and return my money for dispute since they will not even answer your e msil!!

Ordered a pair of sandals advertised as Merrell orthopedic sandals in mid September. They arrived the last of October. These are not Merrell sandals nor are they orthopedic. They are plastic and stiff. I tried to dispute with my credit card at Citi Bank after attempting to return and got no response for the seller. Citi sided with the sellers so buyer beware.

I ordered a sweater vest from Emma & Olivia Boutique and was extremely disappointed. The item looked nothing like the photographs on their website, and it was much too large.

I contacted the company to request a return and refund. They asked me to send photographs, which I did. Despite sending repeated emails asking how to return the item, I have received no satisfactory response.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the poor customer service. I would caution others about ordering from this company, especially if they might need to return something. In addition I ordered this item on September 20, never received it till Oct. 16 and have been going back and forth with them ever since. Very poor customer service.

Beautiful style BUT the material is cheesy Normally wear 8.5 but ordered 9 due recommendation and it is a good fit
Tracking was OK BUT could be better by advising a estimated delivery date. Without it on hold from day to day

Ordered a green dress. A brown one arrived.
The dress in the picture was a length which was mid way between the hip and the knee. The dress which arrived barely covered my bottom and I am only 5’ 3” tall.
The dress in the picture look to be of a medium weight material. The dress which arrived was cheap polyester.
The dress in the picture was well made. The dress which arrived had puckered seams and the pocket was not sewn on straight.
I emailed the company as soon as it arrived to request a refund. They replied the next day saying that to get a refund code I needed to send a photo of the brown dress. I did so the same day. Despite 5 follow up emails the company have not replied at all and therefore I do not have a refund code.
I have taken it up with my payment card provider and they are going to pursue EmmaoliviaBoutique for a refund on my behalf.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

The worst quality I ever seen. Don’t believe what you see on the website. It’s not what described. Not worth the price you pay for

Me he sentido engañada por este lugar, hacen marketing como si estuvieran en USA, compras y están en China, luego su página de contacto tiene una bandera española, casi un mes se demoró mi entrega y cuando buscabas por dónde venía te mandaban a una app, en fin me llegó la mercancía que aparentemente no es cuero, ni tiene señal alguna que lo describa; peor aún no reciben ni contestan a mis escritos de Devolución, ya que me quedaron pequeños los zapatos y tendré que parar en una controversia con mi Banco. Son pésimos !! Los peores que he visto en venta por Internet. No compren aquí

Bought a jacket that looked great in pictures and when received looked like a big ugly sweat shirt. I wanted to return it but found out it would cost a lot to ship to China. So I guess I will rip it apart and use as a rag

Do not buy from this site - the products are terrible, shipped from China and such poor quality. I paid 60 euros from some shoes which aren’t even supermarket standard. Plus the sizings are American and it’s not stipulated - i bought a size 6 thinking the site was UK. I was utterly fooled and no reply from customer service. Daylight robbery 😤

Ordered a pair of sandals and they look just as good in picture as they do in person!!! Great Quality!!! Good updates on arrival from ordering item until delivery of item!!! Professional and Easy to work with!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
