The shipping time was great, but i need to send the boots back. I ordered my size first, thwybwete too big, so I gave them to my daughter and ordered a smaller size. I got the same size. They are too big!
I wont be ordering anymore.

Think twice before ordering. Quality is very poor and returns are expensive. Returns require an email. Photos of the garment/item have to be provided with an explanation of why you dont want to keep it. If you get through that, you find the return shipping cost more than the item. I'm sure they use a price point which is slightly less than shipping to avoid returns because most people will cut their loss.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING: MAJOR RIPOFF

Complete disaster!!!! First pair of shoes, received wrong size. Second... lost in the Universe!!! No response whatsoever! Believe every word of the reviews. Terrible Company. I though that the mom with the girl will be nice. Sooooo wrong! I don't even want to send back to CHINA the wrong size!!! Going to Value Village instead.

I sure wish I'd checked reviews before I purchased. As others mentioned, item that I received was quite different from what was pictured. Website gave impression that company was based in USA, and it is not. I filled out an email form to get information about returning the item; I had to send a 2nd email to get a response. And yes the company is based in China, so it will be quite expensive to return (at my own expense). $60 out the window! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’m sure it’s already been said a million times by the looks of the ratings but this company is complete crap and a scam. Worse than SHEIN quality and they did not ship everything I ordered and won’t respond at all much less issue a refund. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.

Product was INCREDIBLY CHEAP FABRIC! It was awful for the price! Now, I'm waiting for someone to get back with me on the return...I'm guessing this may not happen!!!

Ordered twice. Last order I have to check only arrived yesterday. First order contained two items but only one arrived. Since then I try to get a response without success. As the missing item is the more expensive one I might need to retrieve the money through my bank. No phone number.

I checked the second order and the dress was included. It looks all right. The shoes are a near fit but I can wear them. So all ok.

Poor customer service, asked for return due to item being too small and company failed to respond. Products are also cheaply made, this company is in the business to rip you off: Do Not Buy !!!!!!!

I received my item just fine, but it was the wrong size and when I reached out to them for return details I never heard anything back. I've reached out numerous times and it's been 3 weeks without any reply. I would not order from them again!

Cheap horrible fabrics. Bad quality. Items are not like their photos. Delivery was sooo slow. Way too expensive to return to China. Stay away from this company!

The quality of items is not what this boutique portrays. It took almost a month to receive my package and when I did they were the wrong items. They did not apologize just asked me to ship them back and for me to pay for the postage which I’m not doing. They won’t give a refund.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from here!

I bought a dress from Emma Olivia which I did not like as it was not the material I expected.
When I wanted to start a return based on their return address ( US address) in their written policy they asked me to send the dress to China using a tracking kind of mail.
The dress was about $50 and the shipping was $65

This made no sense. I tried to contact them via email but they kept sending me the return policy. No where it is mentioned that the return has to go back to China.

I’m not only disappointed with the quality but also the customer service.

Pair of shoes from here. They finally arrived after a long wait and look nothing like the advertised shoes. They are way too small and cheaply made. I have repeatedly contacted the company for return instructions but they have ghosted me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. Would give a minus rating if available. Ordered a pair of shoes. Charged for two identical PAIRS. BUT only one pair arrived. Stated after order goes to courier it's out of their control. Nothing but a rip off. Dealing with this for over 2 months. They suck.

I paid $50 for a $5 necklace. I didn't realize at the time it was a $5 necklace because the photo was very deceiving. I've emailed them twice about returning the necklace and if not received a response. Do not purchase from them.

Is this a Temu store with a different name?, Temu returns your money, this "Emmaolivia BOUTIQUE" DOES NOT, the pictures in her website are NOT REAL, I ordered a pair of boots, when I received them (from China) were too small, I wanted to return them and they told me it would cost me $40.00 to return, they offered a discount in another item, how can I trust them? the sweater that I ordered was a joke, the material is NOT SOFT and it hurts my skin, does not even have a instruction how to be wash or what kind of material is, I don't even bother to ask for a return or credit, since they are going to say NO, plus it took a month to be deliver from CHINA. I am a 75 yrs. old and this is my first time writing a review, that's how bad it was, do not trust this call "BOUTIQUE" (from China)
