1 star only to be able to write review. I cannot believe this business can even think they can pass something completely different to what one orders on line I received a coat paper thin cheap felt material instead of what they say premium wool coat different color different style im in shock how are these ppl in business still they are disgustingly false business ppl

first the top came and it was not what it looked like in the advertisement and did not fit,a then the shoes came and they don't fit.. I have been trying for over a week to get in touch with someone and I have had NO RESPONSE. No way to run a business!!!!

Very poor experience. Ordered a pair of shoes from the website. They did not work. Reached out 5 times to the company to initiate a return and never received a response even though the website clearly delineates that you must reach out to the them to do so. Do not recommend. Stuck with a pair of shoes that do not work and are not as pictured on the website. Delivery also took excessively long.

No response after many requests asking where my package is. You think your item is coming from the United States but isn’t. Also,I was offered a discount when I went to check out, they trick you and when you click on the discount you are actually ordering a same item twice. This company stinks! My order goes back to September!

DONOT order from this company. The website is very deceiting. I ordered five outfits and not any of them look like the items on the website. The material and quality looks cheap. The outfits looks like they were made by an amateur or an inexperienced seamstress. I was highly disappointed!!!!! I only gave it a rating of "2" because I received the items.

Wrong shoe size sent—terrible customer service

I ordered shoes in size 5, but Emma & Olivia Boutique sent me size 6. I have contacted them repeatedly to request an exchange, and the issue STILL has not been resolved.

I’ve spent far too much time sending emails and following up over a mistake they made. What should have been a straightforward exchange has turned into an incredibly frustrating experience.

As a paying customer, I feel ignored. I’m left with shoes in the wrong size and no resolution despite my repeated attempts to get help. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

Buyers beware! I ordered a white pullover jacket size 2 XL because I like it a little big. When I received it it was more like a medium. I could barely get it over my shoulders and arms and could not move. I reached out to customer service as they requested via email and no one ever replied. I emailed again and still never any reply. I think the clothing comes from China and the sizes are incorrect and the customer service is horrible! Don't buy from them!

I tried to contact them two times and they have not responded in regards to a return. I am not happy with this company at all. Is it really a company and the quality of the item was not matched?

I was sent the wrong dress in the wrong color. I have emailed them three times with no response. I would give them 0 stars if possible and am so disappointed!

the fabric was 100% polyester and very cheap looking. while the web listed it as cotton linen. the cheapest return shipping cost was $22 for a $30 dollar item. It took me emailing twice and calling once to get return information. If I could give zero stars I would. The listed rating on the item was 4.5. I couldn't click on the reviews to read them. There is no way it would receive that high of a review. It must be fake reviews.

Horrible customer service!! No way to return and get a refund or the correct size. Too bad there's not a minus star because that's what I would give them. The jeans I bought will be donated to a local charity since I can't wear them. Evidently this company is based out of China.

The shoes I ordered were the Penny Strap Zebra-Stripe Print Round Toe Slip On Black Loafers. They came with this ugly red tassel that is NOT in the picture, not what I ordered. They’re cheap and very flimsy. Quality is terrible and the style is not like the picture. It also took them over 30 days to ship which means I cannot get my money back. Reviews on their website have to be fake.

Literalmente, son una estafa. Casi un mes para que llegara el paquete. La talla tampoco coincide con la solicitada, ponen publicidad en varias redes sociales y sí realizas la devolución no te devuelven el dinero. Un asco de tienda y si acaso puede llamarse boutique.

El producto que recibí no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con lo que la tienda muestra en sus fotos y descripción. La calidad es extremadamente baja, un material pésimo que no vale ni una fracción de lo que cobran. Es una burla que lo vendan a un precio tan alto. No tiren su dinero aquí, es un engaño.

Ordering the item was very easy. But when I received the dress, it was not what it look like in the picture to me. The picture must’ve been an AI generated. I feel like the fabric is like a shower curtain is what I would describe it. I’m very unhappy and would like to return the dress. I did reach out to state that I wanted to return it, but haven’t heard anything back. I would like to get a refund.

I really wish I had researched this website before ordering. It is very cheap looking clothing that looks nothing like the photos on the website. Buyer beware. The whole thing it a scam to get you to order, from the fake woman and child to the fake "sale" to the cheap crap you finally get after weeks of waiting. Stay away. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my Citi Bank card. I am following what AI says to do to get my money back. When I emailed the company for a refund they asked for pictures of all the merchandise, a classic stall tactic. But I did as they asked and in the email I told them I want a prepaid return label and a refund. I gave them 48 business hours to provide a label. They have not responded so I have opened a dispute with Citi Bank. This website is well know as a scammer site and I should get a refund

Quality is cheap and shipping takes a long time. Customer service has yet to respond after 4 attempts via emal. I would not order from this company again.
