I ordered a 3 piece outfit for a wedding. When I got the item it wasn't the same color first of all. It looked like pajamas! It was horrible! I contacted the company and they asked me to send a photo for their review. I asked why I need to send a photo when I'm returning it irregardless and want a refund and no other option. I sent several photos just the same. They gave me a return address in China to return it to. When I went to UPS I was told it would cost over $400 to ship! (The outfit cost under $55.) Needless to say I did not ship it. I emailed the company and told them I won't be sending it back and said it's a scam!

I didn’t receive all of my order. What I did receive was VERY POOR quality. I emailed for refund info and got no response!!!!!

When placing my order I accidentally hit the number 2 for the same pant. It wasn’t moments later that I contacted your company & was told they couldn’t do anything. That being said, I received one pair. They are ok. Haven’t received the 2nd pair as I will be returning them!

The top was nothing like the picture! I have never been more disappointed in a purchase. The fabric was cheap and the fit terrible. It’s in the Goodwill box

After a wait of more than two weeks, one of two items ordered arrived
Nothing like the description (linen/cotton) but cheap 100% polyester.
I am anxious about claiming discount as obviously a scam.
Pinterest is seductive - all those alluring items - but I won’t be risking further purchases with companies like Emmaolivia Boutique. An expensive lesson learned.

Run from them!!! I received a dress that is not the same model, color or even the same style as the one I ordered. Contacted them and they want me to pay half the amount of the dress on return fee. So I am paying for their mistake .. wish I read the reviews before purchasing it

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress I got doesn’t look anything like the dress advertised. So cheaply made and it looks ridiculous. My bad for not looking the company up ahead of time.

A pop-up showed up in one of my accounts with a cute pink and gold dress for $59.95 from Emma Olivia Boutique. I looked at the shop website, and it appeared legitimate because it told the origin story of a mom inspired to open up the store because of her daughter, and they use shop.com to process payments. Also importantly, the website shows a 30-Day Refund Policy with a US address located at: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. That proved to be very FALSE. I received the dress, and it was the cheapest thing you can imagine - with see-through material that is not wearable and very poor manufacturing quality. The dress may cost one dollar to produce (and I am being generous). I contacted the company at their listed email address, and they first asked me to send a photo. I did so, and then they told me to ship the dress back to them at my cost to an address in CHINA. I refused because that is not stated on their website, and the shipping cost would far exceed the value of the cheap dress. I went back and forth a few times by email, and I realized it was a lost cause. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM EMMAOLIVIA-BOUTIQUE.COM.

I was charged for 2 orders of the same product. I have sent 5 emails to have the 2nd charge removed from my credit card. I have received no response.

f I could give a minus star I would. DO NOT BUY from this company. The photo of the dress I bought was completely unlike the dress I received. The fabric was so thin it was see through and the style only vaguely similar. Also it was ENORMOUS Knowing it was a US company I asked my cousin to take it back to the States to return but they only let you post it back to China where the cheap shoddy copies are made and the cost of postage is more than the value of the dress. Their website is all love and kindness but behind it all is one big scam.

The absolute worst. They are a bunch of scam scum. If you need to return something, it goes back to China. Don’t fall for this scam scum.

I ordered from EmmaOlivia Boutique and read their return policy. Items took longer than expected to receive, the quality of the outdoor jacket looked nothing like the photo or description. The material was scratchy and the front button was off center. I contacted CS several times after 3 attempts to contact CS I received a request to take a picture so they could evaluate why I wanted to return the jacket. I did send the photo asking for a return authorization code or return mailing address for a refund. I was then told I had to return the package at my expense to China. The jacket was 214.00. The shipping cost to China would have been 3 times the cost of the jacket. I reached out to CS again and was sent a link to their return policy which i read prior to purchase. Nowhere in their return policy does it mention returns are sent to China. There is an address but it is a domestic address. I reached out to CS again and requested a domestic address for return and was sent the same automated email w a link to their return policy. I will never order from them again! I have notified almost all of my friends and 4 sisters of my experience. Save your money and time. Order elsewhere.

If I had the option of not selecting a star I would. Don’t buy from them. Very misleading. I got something totally different than I ordered. You have to send picture to show and justify the return- they do not provide a return label, you have to pay for shipping. If it was “my mistake”, I would understand but they are the one that messed up so they should take the loss. Very disappointment and learned my lesson to never buy from this misleading store where the site looks local and the product comes from China. Very poor quality besides not even looking like what I actually purchase.

Incorrect item received. Dress was £26. Return price to China £25.90. I have not returned the dress.
Shocking, scammers, hopefully other people will not order from this company.
The quality was substandard, no tags, loose strands of thread. Packaged badly. Not even the same item I ordered.

Do not buy from this company! I received a completely different item than what I ordered. When I contacted customer service they told me they were sorry I was dissatisfied and said I could ship it back overseas at my own expense. They sent me the wrong dress! These people are scammers with poor quality clothing and worse customer service. Don't bother.

The sizes sent are WRONG, the colours are wrong too, they do not match what was ordered. It is impossible to return the items, and they were directly shipped from CHINA, so we had to pay customs and now cannot send them back. DO NOT BUY, the quality is terrible, the customer service inexistant and the items received are randomly chosen, not what you ordered online.

I received the wrong colour item and was then told to return to a shipping address to China at my expense. This company needs to be shut down. Utterly ridiculous. Fraud! Me bad for not checking. This is the poster child that makes you not want to order online. Say all you will about Amazon but usually next day delivery and easy returns. Buyer beware!

They don’t deserve the 1 star that was given. When I looked them up they were using a Los Angelas address. I received pants without a button hole, so it couldn’t be buttoned. When I asked for a replacement they want me to pay for shipping to China. They are crooks who needs to be stopped. The products are attractive on line, however the quality is extremely poor. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I would give them a zero but that isn’t an option. I ordered an orange top but was sent brown. I was told I could return it to an address in China at my own expense. Even though they sent me the wrong color. Rainer was very uncooperative and refused to correct their mistake unless it was at my expense. Very disappointing!

I found Emma & Olivia, a clothing company on Pinterest. I ordered four outfits. I was very disappointed with all of them. I felt so dipped! They were nothing like what the pictures showed in the adds. In the adds the dresses and tops all looked to be made of linen or cotton. They look high end and the dresses showed to have applicays of flowers sewn into the fabric to give them a three dimensional look. But I should have known better because there was no description of the material made or much of any information at all. What I got were cheap, thin, synthetic polyester outfits that were boxy in shape with no give. And the floral applicants showing in the photos ended up being photo shopped into the fabric. The dresses and shirts looked down right ugly!! The outfits all had not tags or labels on them to show where they were made or how to wash and care for them. The only label was the letter “L” for their size. To get a refund you have to jump through some hoops. You need to email them photos of your products, prove you did not wear them and return them in their original packaging. And pay for the return postage and email them a tracking number. Pinterest needs to be held liable for this!!
