Seamless booking
Booking a cruise with Cruise 118 was seamless. Did this over the phone very pleasant young lady sorted all for me. Had to contact them 9 days before our cruise as we hadn’t received our e tickets & luggage labels. Did an online chat with the lovely Emma Spencer, who sorted that and a dining time query, very professional. Would definitely use this company again.

I have used Cruise 118 to book all my recent cruises and have always found them to be very competitive with prices, the staff I have dealt with have all been exceptional and very knowledgeable!
A special mention to Jennifer who has just organised my recent cruise booking which included flights from the UK to and hotel stays in Los Angeles and Las Vegas!
Jennifer was extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable and her advice and recommendations were most appreciated!

What amazing service by Barry Jenkinson at Cruise118. He took the time to contact MSC to get our status from another cruise line matched, to get a discount on our planned booking with MSC. Then took the time to match cruise prices when two sets of friends decided to join us. Great service and nothing was too much trouble. There was a mistake with the dates…
There was a mistake with the dates which meant we had nowhere to stay for one day in Rome. One phone call to Molly whilst waiting for the train, by the time we arrived at the hotel everything was sorted. Cannot thank them enough for their help.

Fast customer service
Cunard wouldn't accept an email directly from me and insisted it must be sent via Cruise 118 to them. It took a week for them to respond and tell me this. Emma Spencer at Cruise 118 kindly offered to forward the email for me straight away within 5 mins of chatting about the issue.

Understaffed for Customer Service
Called today to pay my balance - website said my logon was invalid even though I reset my password twice and it it said successful and then said the logon attempt was invalid - doh! Spent 10 minutes in the call queue (11th position but never moved forward). Used callback facility but never called back by Cruise 118. Price saving isn't everything when the Customer service is so poor. We take about 4 cruises a year but I won't bother using this company again.
Update 4 August 2026. Cruise 118's version of a resolution was for their IT team to completely delete my account and telling me that I would have to re-register. A sledgehammer to crack a nut? For Cruise 118 to openly criticise its customers just shows that they don't care if they retain business or not. I have a cruise booked through them for 2028. I am now considering taking the loss of deposit and cancelling just to get away from this company. They have the time to look at their statistics but not to take customer calls............. or call them back. You will see from other reviews that they do NOT call customers back as promised.

While we appreciate that any wait can be frustrating when you're trying to make a payment, we would like to reassure you that your wait time was significantly shorter than the 10 minutes mentioned in your review.
The day you contacted us was an exceptionally busy Monday, resulting in higher than normal demand across our contact channels. To support our customers, we were able to bring in additional resources to assist with enquiries as quickly as possible, and we apologise if you experienced any delay during this peak August period.
We can also see that at 11:14am you contacted us via our live chat service regarding the login issue. Our team promptly investigated the matter, and after further review we were able to resolve the issue and confirm this to you by email.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to encounter login difficulties, particularly after successfully resetting your password. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback such as yours helps us identify opportunities to improve both our systems and the service we provide.
We value your custom and are sorry that this experience left you feeling disappointed.
