Fictional prices advertised
So we rang Cruise 118 today - it took over 20 mins before phone was answered. The price quote on the website was £587pp cheaper for exactly the same cabin quoted for by the agent. Their website is a joke and cannot be relied upon. Don't think you'll get a cabin of the same grade as the price they advertise. These are fictional prices to get you hooked and then part with more money for fear of disappointment. Dishonest practice.

Amanda was very heloful in answering my original question . She then took the time to continue with other queries I had when she asked ' is there anything else I can help you with? . Jen is incredibly knowledgeable and always most helpful in booking our cruise and a joy to deal with. She always finds us the best deal and we would not book with any else but her and 118.

Fantastic Follow-up Service
Having booked a once in a lifetime cruise with Cruise118 in 2025, due to sail in October 2026, I was dismayed and upset to find that the cruise company had substantially reduced the price of the sailing, which really tainted what would have been our dream experience.
Feeling very hard done by, I contacted Cruise118 and spoke to Rachel about the situation. What an incredible customer service agent.
She listened to my complaint and whilst managing my expectations she promised to contact the cruise company in an effort to satisfactorily resolve the issue.
I'm glad to say that she did better than I could ever have hoped. She managed to negotiate a full refund of the price difference, something which I'd hoped for but didn't think possible.
I cannot thank Rachel enough. She's a real credit to the Cruise118 team and as a result I will definitely be using their services again.
Rachel, if you read this, a very big 'Thank you'.
