Excellent experience from Seascanner support team! Mitch tried to answer all queries on phone and provide suggestions on emails shortly, I never expect this customer service in Europe. He is amazing and extremely helpful! I will definitely recommend Seascanner UK to my friends and family!

The whole booking system is extremely easy and straightforward. The website is very easy to navigate and this is the 4th cruise I have booked through Seascanner this year. Always back up help if required.

My ticket for my cruise hadn't arrived with 2 days to go so I contacted Customer support using the online chat service and Liz picked up my chat message. She was absolutely marvellous and nothing was too much trouble for her. 1st class service from her and she dealt with my issue with great professionalism and promptness.

Am sure the issue arose through the volume of work but what an excellent back up customer service you provided, especially form Liz.
