Arriving to check in to collect our camper we were greeted by Mark. Absolutely gentleman . Really gave us some insight on places to see . We got a 4 berth and it was prefect for us . We done the wild Atlantic way and the camper was just too he highlight of it all for us . Beds were really cosy . Plenty of space . Husband said easy to drive . We rented it in Oct and got an amazing deal. €370 for 5 nights , sure a hotel alone is Ireland is €200 for 1 night at least . Highly recommend bunk campers . Not a single thing could I fault

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Son muy facilitadores. Repetiremos allá donde estén.

The RV was clean, but when we made the beds, there were clumps of hair under them.
The refrigerator was leaking water when we received the RV, and I asked if it was bad. They told me it was fine and not to worry. The refrigerator finaly was broken, and we had to stop every day to turn on the gas, as it was the only way it would work to keep the food. We had to refill the gas halfway through our trip. When we called, they told us to buy another one, but the solution wasn't possible for us; we wouldn't have known where to put it.

A team member of bunk campers was explaining the rental contact and gave excellent answers to our questions. Outside while we checked the campervan there was a broken mirror. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Excellent.
Booking and comunication was easy.

Je souhaite exprimer ma grande déception concernant ma récente expérience avec votre service.

Nous avions réservé un transfert depuis l’aéroport pour venir chercher notre camping-car. À notre arrivée, personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir. Nous avons tenté d’appeler le numéro fourni, mais après plusieurs essais et navigations dans le menu téléphonique (appuyer sur 1, sur 2, etc.), aucune option ne permettait de joindre le service dédié aux transferts aéroport.
Nous avons donc été contraints de prendre un taxi à nos frais.

Une fois arrivés a destinationle soir, nous avons voulu prendre une douche. Après avoir mis l’appareil en route et attendu plus de 30 minutes, l’eau restait froide. Nous avons alors essayé d’allumer le gaz pour chauffer l’eau, mais cela ne fonctionnait toujours pas : le bouton était en défaut.
Nous avons appelé le numéro de dépannage, sans aucune réponse.
Le lendemain, nous avons refait plusieurs tentatives, toujours sans succès.

Faute de solution, nous avons dû réserver un hôtel pour pouvoir nous laver.

Lors du retour du camping-car, il a bien été constaté qu’il y avait effectivement un problème technique.
Cependant, aucun geste commercial ni dédommagement ne nous a été proposé, ce que nous trouvons très décevant compte tenu des désagréments rencontrés.

The motorhome was nice enough. There were a couple places that had been missed in cleaning a lot and had food in them, not a huge deal.

The big deal was that it took fooorrrrevvver to get through the pick-up process. It's a difficult thing to ask of customers (especially with kids) after flying halfway around the world. It feld like they were holding our only mode of transportation AND our bed hostage, lol.

We actually would have overlooked that (and given probably four stars) because travelling can be that way sometimes, hurry up and wait. But then we almost missed our flight because the location failed to open. Everything on the website and emails said returning was from 8-10. We waited an hour, and no one showed up.

There were a few things we thought the business could offer (even as a value-added option for a fee!) to make the whole process smoother, but I would never dock stars for that. As far as what they offered, the motorhome was four or five stars, the staff was fairly friendly, but the administrative process needs some serious work.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish

The Motorhome itself was fantastic, we did have to wait quite a few hours to collect but that was our fault at the time of booking! Small downside in not getting tea towels, broom, or any cleaning gear, but the check in/out service was efficient and timely. Except for a couple of annoying persistent warning lights the vehicle performed really well. Layout was perfect for us.

Por favor si de verdad quereis solucionar lo y devolverme mi dinero porque yo no rompi nada, contestarme a los correos no por aquí. He mandado muchos correos y sigo igual. Dicto esto!!! No sabéis la impotencia que tengo voy por la reseña ya he perdido la cuenta 15 -16 .... y aun no me han enviado la documentación que les solicite. Si de verdad hubiera cometido un daño de 400.€ de un enchufe o algo de la cama habitable ya que ni eso ponen bien, lo normal digo yo!!!! Es que me hubieran mandado el recibo de la reparación no una factura hecha por ellos les estoy solicitando eso y lo que firme el 26 de Agosto que en ese documento ponía que estaba todo correcto. A los dias me devuelven los 400€ y al mes me reclaman un daño que yo no he hecho. Estoy pidiendo ambas cosas al correo que me contestan en las reseñas y no me resuelven nada. Sino queréis que se queden con vuestro dinero no alquileis en Dublin. No dan la cara, no mandan nada, no resuelven nada. Llevo desde el 28 de Septiembre reclamando todo lo que he especificado arriba y sigo igual sin 400€ QUE SON MIOS!!!!!!

Wir hatten jetzt im Oktober zum ersten Mal für eine Woche einen Campervan gebucht und waren wirklich begeistert!

Die Abholung erfolgte einwandfrei, leider nur mit etwas Wartezeit welche verhindert werden können mittels der fest abgemachten Zeiten, aber halb so schlimm :)
dafür erfolgte die Rückgabe umso schneller.

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal welches uns Betreute, es wurden alle vorhandenen Schäden vor Übergabe dokumentiert und wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wenn uns noch etwas auffallen sollte, einfach direkt Bilder/Videos zu machen.

Der Camper war ein halber Neuwagen und war gerade einmal 17.000km gelaufen.
Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Lediglich die Küchenutensilien, welche wir dazu buchten, waren vom Vormieter nicht vernünftig gereinigt worden.

Wir entschieden uns für die das größte mögliche Versicherungspaket, welches eine reduzierte Kaution von 400€, Bettwäsche, Küchen Utensilien, Campingtisch/Stühle, Toiletten Chemikalien sowie bestimmte Schäden abdeckte.
Dies kann ich auch wirklich jeden ans Herz legen!

Obwohl wir etwas bedenken aufgrund der Google Bewertung hatten, die kurz vor unserer Reise über den Vermieter abgegeben wurden, wurden wir definitiv vom Gegenteil überzeugt und würden definitiv noch einmal buchen!
Die volle Kaution in Höhe von 400€ wurde ebenfalls innerhalb 2 Wochen reibungslos zurückgezahlt.

Wir werden definitiv nochmal Buchen!

Best experience ever! From the moment we got the keys, until we dropped them off. Van was awesome size, clean, functional. The guys at the office were super helpful, efficient and above and beyond friendly. We couldn’t recommend this company, and experience any higher.

Simple booking process, good communication throughout including a call on the day off collection enquiring as to time of our arrival.
Good camper, well equipped and clean.
No complaints, would use again!

Very good customer service. Excellent campervan.
Only downside was not having the bike rack as requested, but the staff were apologetic and tried to find a solution. Ended up with free diesel as compensation.

Alquilemos la autocaravana para 7 noches, la primera noche nos dio error la calefacción y la nevera a causa que la bateria bajaba a 10w lo sabemos debido a que nosotros tenemos autocaravana. Por la mañana temprano llamemos y tuvimos que volver a Dublin a que revisaran la bateria, despues de perder toda la mañana nos dicen que la bateria esta bien y que todo funciona perfecto, claro después de conducir durante hora y media la bateria se había cargado. Nos fuimos igual. Por la noche despues de estar parados una hora vuelve a fallar, no teniamos ni calefaccion ni nevera. Asi que perdimos un dia y estuvimos sin calefacción ni nevera.
Eso si Gabriel nis atendió muy bien en todo momento y encima hablaba español. Lástima el servicio y la limpieza de la autocaravana. El interior tenia muchos desperfectos, cajon y armario que se habrian en lss curvas, mesa imposible de mover....
Muy decepcionados.

On arrival, things weren’t looking great with people already waiting three hours to pick up their van. By the time it was our turn we were given a rapid fire induction without clear instructions. During our trip the fridge broke, the heating and the hot water malfunctioned and on discussion with the phone support we were told that we were due compensation - none came! Instead on return of our vehicle, a pre-existing source of damage to the van was blamed on us and despite us trying to dispute the issue the company withdrew money from our account without discussion or addressing our dispute. For the amount of money a poor effort in terms of customer service and follow through.

Me han estafado 400€, 30 dias despues de realizar el check-out. me envian una factura de daños en el interior que no me comunican durante las casi 3 horas que me tienen esperando para revisar durante la entrega y concluir que todo esta ok. tampoco me envian el contrato de check-out que firmo en la tablet del empleado que la revisa, en el que se indica que todo esta bien. ahora me pongo en contacto con ellos y no me contestan. pero si me han hurtado los 400€ utilizando sin mi consentimiento la tarjeta de credito con la que hice el pago del alquiler.

Very nice and helpfull employees who give you all the information you need. Check in and out we quite quick. The camper was very nice and with all the things you need included. Thanks a lot for this great holiday with your camper! We will be back.

Great to hire my motorhome with you.

Picking up and dropping off the motorhome was great. Very easy, and straightforward. We had great support from the team when we had a water leak.
We didn't realise that we had a 'mystery ' camper and were very disappointed that we had to drive a six berth motorhome rather than the small slider campervan that we expected, and thought we had booked. Coming from NZ, we struggled with the size of the motorhome on both the motorways and the narrow roads we had to drive on in many parts of England.
However, the motorhome was clean and very comfortable to live in for the two weeks we had it.
It could possibly be improved by including some outdoor chairs and leveling ramps. We were often parked on uneven sites.
