Bad experience with this company.
Been 10 plus days still no deposit back.
Had a 6 berth camper. On a 25 reg. Vehicle not working properly. Loads of things gone wrong .
Shower leaking into living area.
Bunk bed broken.
Electrics tripping out.
No reply back from customer services.
After filing out grievance forms.
Would never use this company again. Even if they paid me to take one out

Easy pick up and return. Clean and maintained vehicles. 30% discount. Affordable and suitable for traveling scotland.

Really lovely staff in Belfast office. Very thorough walk through and tour of van upon pick-up.
No waiting at either pick-up or drop-off.
Happy to be able to leave car there while I was touring, was the reason I picked them to be honest.

The whole process from booking to collecting and returning vehicle done with minimum of fuss. Joanna, Emma and John at front desk were friendly and sorted everything easily.

Fantastic experience. The customer service start to finish was great and my family loved the vehicle.

Overcharged for a repair. I am still waiting for a refund because the sink hasn't been worked for the whole lenght of the hiring.
Staff in Luton on the opposite have common sense, is friendly and well mannered.

Camper was ok, bed was not at all comfortable. All the crockery in the cupboards and oven trays created a massive rattle. On pickup I was made to do another check in process at a portal in your office. I had already uploaded copies of passport and licence and other info online prior to arriving but was told I HAD to do it again there. This meant taking photos of documents and scanning them in etc all while the staff were there and COULD have done this.
The grey water empty leaver didn’t work. Although when I returned the vehicle I was told it was working fine. I had tried, and on two other occasions at caravan parks others had tried and it would NOT open.
I found the staff at pickup were not helpful or welcoming.
I have hired motorhomes on many occasions in at least 7 different countries and I won’t be back to Bunk Campers.

Tout c'est très bien passé, le camping car était propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Empty gaz bottle was a problem. We hired a campervan from Belfast. On your website there are false adresses of Petrol Stations that are replacing the bottles. We spent first night with no heating on and we couldn't heat our food. Then we spent full day seeking for a bottle repacement. It turned out that the bottle has a connection from the south of Ireland. There was no help from your company.

Warning: Your deposit will be withheld in full without justification!!!
1. The disposable smoke detector, with a non-replaceable and non-rechargeable battery, was dead and sounded continuously throughout the night. There was no off switch, so we cut the internal wires.
2. The handle on the room divider broke off immediately upon first use, without any misuse or force being applied. Upon returning it, we were told everything was fine and there should be no charge.
The invoice, however, was for exactly €400 from our deposit! Unprofessional and a real shame.
The camper was good, also the people at the desk were friendly.
But: Never again with this company!

The camper van was amazing but the handover and return was inadequate and not a great experience, bordering on rude, disinterested and not much explanation about the van. The toilet chamber was not emptied correctly when we received it and the return was equally superficial. With regards to money, we have a question, as we paid £1278.50 for 7 nights and talked to someone when we were returning it to find he paid £400 for 5 night for the same van??

First of all they lied to us when they told us that we were authorised to drive 4 people, when we got to pick up the motorhome they told us that only two. They attended to both the withdrawal and the return in a very bad way. The treatment was terrible, when other people present there were treated in a better way. They told us that they would transfer us to the train station at no cost and when we arrived, they told us that they had no staff and we had to call two taxis. The motorhome had broken parts inside, there was a bed that could never be used, there were no places to load the gas. Anyway, I would never repeat the experience of renting with that company. If I should rate them, my score is 2, for the attention and services provided.

The team at the Dublin location were wonderful! The same rental associate, Alfaz, helped us at the start and end of our 10-day trip. He was very helpful and professional. Camper was ready right on time and everything was explained. Location is a short taxi ride from airport. We had a 5-berth Horizon model for just two of us, had zero issues on the road and an easy return process.

Customer service was great. We arrived much earlier and they accommodate us. The campervan ran very well. Check out was very simple and smooth.

The campervan was not very clean when we picked up (possibly due to early accommodation). My son broke one of the thin woods from slide out bed by just moving off bed (very easily). There was already another piece of wood replaced (clearly not professional, just another random piece of wood that fit). We were charged £89 for the piece of wood. I was a bit shocked at how much the charge was when a 2 staples and a piece of wood can fix it. AS THE OTHER PIECES OF WOOD WERE.

Overall, I would use them again. Great customer service, campervan worked great, and simple check in/out.

We had a great time with our can in Scotland! The bunk crew at Edinburgh was so friendly and helpful and made the experience better! We appreciated the early check out of the van and the helpful walkthrough of the equipment.

Van was great! It drove well and had many great amenities, especially the heater.

Keep up the great work bunk!

No kitchen sink plug.
Bathroom door handle poorly fitted, which we were charged for.
