The hot water didn’t work and there was no recognition from them on my return even though they accepted it could not be fixed remotely during my hire. I will book elsewhere next time.

No good service. Faulty van and no solutions

The Camper was not clean and the Camping Gas bottle was from the beginning empty.
The Camper Bad Not as booked one Bad in the Rear but a Bunk bed, so that there was To Little Space.
When picking up the Camper, we had To wait a very Long Time.

Very calm and informative experience. We thought the staff were very good with explaining what was what. There was an issue with the van we hired from the previous occupiers but the got it to us in no time.

Awful customer service. Continually trying to rip off. Beds were broken. Reported as I set off as we noted straight away. Reported again whne I dropped off. Both times they assured me dont worry. It's been reported. I was expecting a refund. Instead they didn't refund deposit and charged me extra. Absolutely disgusting. Sadly no one else seems to rent out the same cars close to London. So used them twice. First time it was the toilet that was broke. Again no compensation.

In response to the below. I did get in touch but my emails and calls were simply ignored. It’s also very typical of your service to simply not address the complaint. I said clearly that the damage was there when I got the car. You’ve just arrogantly brushed it off as if I’m unhappy with paying. I did not cause the damage.

Great camper. Size was good, comfortable bed, water got hot quickly. Great for around Scotland. Attention to details missing for the little things- no tea towel or broom etc.

We paid for a twin camper and were given a four-berth that had double bunks. We requested that they remove the bunks and leave them in the hiring shed, but they refused to do so. The top bunk is removable. My husband is 6 ft 2, so these sleeping arrangements were unacceptable. We also paid for a table and chairs, but were told there weren't any and that if we purchased some, they would refund us. The water gauges didn't work in the camper either. Would never use this company again. Shocking customer service.

Van was not perfect. For example
1: was not possible to keep opened the window of the kitchen.
2: during driving i had to keep the wheel turned on left side.

Poques explicacions al respecte del vehicle. 3 hores i mitja d'espera en una nau freda per tenir la furgoneta.
Poc de tracte humà, fins i tot el check-in l'havíem de fer nosaltres.
Esperava més gent i un millor servei.
El vehicle estava en bones condicions, a part d'alguns petits desperfectes que no influien en la conducció, ni el l'habitabilitat.
