Matthew Turner worked really well considering what he was up against in my kitchen, as the walls and ceiling fell down,which then put his work back ,and he still managed to finish near the target time.

Darren the plumber saved the day, toilet fixed.
Darren the plumber came to address a noise from the plumbing from the toilet and a leak, he was very friendly and thorough, the toilet internal system had to be replaced and the whole system resealed, as there is an elderly lady there he made sure he got it up and running quickly, very pleased

Neighbourhood couches are a pointless job role
Personally I have found the repair teams good. However that's as far as it goes.... in terms or rent they are ment to be affordable housing but would say they are just average so don't agree fully with the statement "affordable" with the problem you have and I am in a new build house...
the neighbourhood coach are a joke no point even having that job role as they do nothing if you have a problem. You have your housing stinking of cannabis all day and all night on one side and on the other side sniffing and dealing other nacotics all doing so with children around so another great generation will be here!!! Better off being in a ghetto least the rent is cheaper and the council tax is too!
The company needs robust things that will be tolerated and won't be tolerated! A
Drug test should be done as mandatory requirement as a minimum base line.
Bring standards to the country!

Ben attended my property on two separate occasions one to fix my toilet that was leaking and the other a jammed window! On both occasions he was polite and friendly and made sure the fix was done correctly
