Shambles of a company and service. I’ve made a few warranted complaints over the last year about Anti social behaviour, damage to my property due to rodents, which an independent contractor said you have responsibility for, Housing officer behaviour, issue with repairs. Nobody has responded to any one of those. All my neighbours have the same issue and have raised it but we don’t hear back from you. I’m forced to consider legal advice just to resolve all this because you go radio silent on us residents. It’s causing me and my wife undue stress ontop of our own health issues which get worse due to the lack of action

This is my first home with Midland Heart I got the keys for the property beginning of September I have been calling a number of times for some jobs to get completed but do not seem to be getting to the end of it. I still have not moved into the property yet as the jobs are still incomplete and soon going to be paying for the second months rent so basically I am paying for a property I am not living in yet. Honestly all of this is really stressing me out and causing a lot of grief and affecting my health I have two young children to look after the least of my worries should be constantly calling Midland heart to chase up on these jobs getting completed. I am really not happy with the service I am receiving right now!!

Midland heart staff are friendly and very helpful and the contractor who came out to solve my heating issue was very pleasant and helpful.

I was booked for. A fall roof to be repaired and waited for two weeks but when they arrived they said, we been booked for only 1 hour and this job requires half day job so we can not do it. I was waiting for two weeks. I was very disappointed.

Midland heart arranged for a home inspection, on the letter they threatened me, if I am not there to let them in I would be in breach of tenancy. My partner booked a day of work, they never bothered to show up. They are the worse housing association I have ever dealt with. They had to 4.30pm to get to my home, someone did phone me at 4.27 from an unknown mobile number and I missed the call, they left no message and I phoned them straight back, some Indian chap who couldn’t be bothered to answer. Every dealing I have with them they are useless.

They always keep their word.

Very friendly and polite on the phone

Dontay was such a delight, he came to fix broken floor board under the carpet. He was so efficient ever so informative and he did an amazing job and put the carpet back in place like it was never touched. Very happy with his service today. God Bless You Dontay.
