Surveyor named Ashish visited from specialist repairs team. He explained the process what is he going to do. Explained how to raise routine maintenance jobs on the midland heart app. He was polite professional and very thorough with the inspection. Covered his shoes, shows respect to someone’s house. His very good man and very good at his job.

Employee, Matin White , for Midland Heart, was very quick to survey the work required and was not happy. So he emailed an email to vent his concern.
Martin could not carry out the work that he was told to perform- no fault of his. He aesthetically put a plaster board over hole.

Plumber Kuldip came to fix a minor leak and replace a faulty handrail.
The new handrail was too small so he went out of his way to immediately go and source one from a supplier and unfortunately had to go to more than one place to achieve this.
This call out is worthy of a five star review because Kuldip went beyond the call of duty to accomplish customer satisfaction.

Gardeners are crap

Nik was polite and pleasant. He worked diligently to realine both my front and back doors and replace my kitchen mixer tap. the man is very much a problem solver. Nik even noticed that the kitchen door was hang with only one screw in each hinge (something I myself had never noticed) and rectified the problem. Nik went above and beyond. Thank you Nik.

Jagjit clare came to my home and address the issues that no other operative has. His polite and understanding and talk through everything. His reported the issues and hopefully will be resolved.

I wanted to take the time to leave this review specifically to recognise Marcus for the outstanding service he provided today. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, polite, respectful and professional.

He took the time to understand the issue, explained what he was doing and made sure everything was properly resolved rather than simply rushing through the job. His positive attitude and approachable manner made the whole experience so much easier, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home.

The level of care and customer service Marcus provided really stood out. Employees who take genuine pride in their work and treat residents with kindness and respect deserve to be recognised, and Marcus is absolutely one of them.

He is a fantastic representative for Midland Heart and a real credit to the organisation. I hope this feedback is passed on to Marcus and his management because his excellent work and customer service deserve recognition. Thank you, Marcus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had a terrible experience with Midland Heart from start to finish, which resulted in several complaints being raised. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the outcome I wanted and, in the end, I simply couldn’t be bothered to continue dealing with the matter anymore. I’ve cut my losses and moved on.

The amount of service failures and errors throughout the whole experience, many of which I felt Midland Heart failed to take accountability for, was beyond frustrating.

However, amongst all the nightmare, Nyk was appointed to support me and deal with the repairs within my property, and he was absolutely outstanding. He is a real gem and a genuine asset to the organisation.

Nyk was respectful, honest, caring and professional throughout, and it was an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. He genuinely listened, showed understanding and made what was already a very difficult situation that little bit easier.

The 5 stars are solely for Nyk and the service he personally provided — they are absolutely not a reflection of my overall experience with Midland Heart.

People like Nyk are a credit to an organisation, and I sincerely hope his hard work and commitment are recognised.
