The person was polite and understanding and dealt with the case smoothly,i must say though I did have to wait 34 minutes to speak to someone which I think is a bit too long to wait apart from that everything else went fine.

Taiba Kayani is an angel she has compassion , empathy sympathy and looks at the facts , she treated me and my family with dignity and respect and I’m forever indebted to her and all of midland heart for giving me and my family a beautiful home otherwise I would be homeless . I will forever remember her and midland heart in my prayers .

I have been a tenant of Midland heart for nearly 5 years. Repairs are always completed and workmen always do a fantastic job!

My most recent repair on a kitchen cupboard was completed by a workman called Wayne. He has completed a few jobs at my property and he always goes above and beyond.
My repair was completed today, and I was very happy with the work. He is polite, professional and friendly. A true credit to Midlands heart, he priorities getting a job done to the best standard.

Had a great experience with kalpip Sian and rob barker today, they came out to fit a drain in my garden I’ve been requesting this job for 12 years and within 4 weeks this job has been assessed and done, they were so professional and polite and kept me informed the whole day. I had a new fire door fitted in my living room. Dontay and Phill came to carry out the work. Both were really respectful towards me and my home. They carried out the work to the best of their ability. They talked and laughed with me which made it feel more relaxed as innormally don’t like people in my yard. I’d definitely have these two come back for any future work. Nice one.

Overall great service

Wayne came to fix a draught excluders to the French door in the property. He knew exactly what to do as soon as he walks in. Wayne was very polite, friendly and above all very professional. He has kept me informed the loop throughout his time here and I am grateful to him for the work he did. Thank you Wayne and I wish you could come back here anytime we have a repair 😆… Midland Heart need more engineers like you.
