I have been in communication with Minas who has gone above and beyond to help with fixing the issue in a property , his communication skills are excellent he listens and is polite and when he says he will contact back he never lets me down.

For a repair I couldn’t fault them at all they were prompt in turning up on time and very friendly , and polite they also explained what they were doing ,and did the job perfect . But they even had to advice the other workman from Shield how to do another part of the job as he really didn’t have a clue they went above and beyond today and leaving the house
With the job they had to do all in tack

Recently had a complete kitchen refit, both Gino and George were brilliant. They were always on time, very tidy, polite, professional and worked extremely hard to a high standard of work. Their communication was also excellent and informed of what work was being carried out at all times.

Mould issues ongoing years
Repairs are never done. They dont seem to give a hoot about the mould issues I've had for years. I've logged every chat/complaint and still mould is a problem. Recently voiced my concerns to ho and again nothing done. I shouldn't be having these problems in the summer. Year after year. There is obviously something that needs investigating. Maybe they need reminding of Awwabs law? Because I mentioned it only a few months ago to be told it will be logged.. hey ho nothing done yet again. Maybe next year hey bromford?

Ben Wilson came out to my property today on an emergency repair. He was here less than 2 hours after I reported the repair. He was very friendly, helpful and had the problem fixed quickly.
