Today pete came to my house to paint my downstairs bathroom following a leak upstairs, pete kept me informed throughout, was pleasant, constantly had a smile on his face. I dont like people coming into my home as a rule it fills me with anxiety. However i would welcome pete back any time, and hope i am able to request him for future jobs. He is an asset to your team bromford!

We had Lee Hollingsworth (excuse my spelling) Lee is fantastic and really friendly, he’s come out do repairs on our house numerous of times now and he’s always professional and keeps us informed.
If it was possible to give higher than a 5 star review, I would. He’s an asset to your company.

I had to wait a year just to make my driveway safe . A guy came around a week ago to look at it and he could see it needed more than he could do that day . He arranged for more time to do what he needed to make it safe and was amazing Polite and made sure we were ok with it until it gets done properly . He is a credit to you .

I had a tradesman attend my property for multiple repairs. Rob.C went above and beyond, he fixed all the repairs, one repair i had was a plumbing issue although he wasnt able to actually repair it himself due to it being fitted independently he talked me through exactly what to do, the patience he had was commendable! He was friendly, proffessional and on time. The other repairs were completed efficiently and to a fantastic standard. All round a successful and much appreciated visit. Cant praise and thank him enough.

We had our kitchen fitted by Tom Hunt from Bromford Housing Society and he has been absolutely golden, been on time every day and has definitely gone the extra mile for us. The kitchen looks absolutely amazing and he’s done a magnificent job. Also we’ve had problems with our washing machine for months, Tom found the problem and solved it.
I Would highly recommend him.

I give Macey full stars, but Bromford as a company need to have better communication. Ive had consistent issues within my property because the building is not great. Ive had issues with my windows for years, promised new ones and not received anything just keep replacing my hinges. Spoke to someone 2 weeks ago was told I would have a call back then nothing when I chased it up I was told their not due for a repair for had to restart the whole process again. I also spoke about damp and mould which on your website you ask us to call in, the chap on the phone said no i have to do it via portal. So please make your mind up on that. Once I submitted all the concerns I have with damp, mould and cracks in my internal walls i asked for a call back to arrange an appointment due to work commitments and I didnt want to waste anyone's time. 2 days later I receive an email asking where the mould, on a no reply email. So that was not very helpful at all.

But today I spoke to a lovely lady called Macey who did not mess me around at all and got all the appointments sorted for the same time and day. She was amazing, fast and efficient. More people like her on the team and it would run like clockwork. Thankyou Macey for your support this morning.

Super job, I've been waiting for quite some time for this to be fixed and now it's better than it has been in years 😊

Darren D came out to fix our front door, he’s been a couple of times for different things. Always very friendly and keen to get the job done. No complaints about Bromford, they are always quick to complete repairs with very little hassle. Thank you.

Lee Nightingale was amazing! Not only super friendly as I had my severely 6yr old autistic son running around, instead of measuring and making a date to come back, he came back within 30 mins to fix my broken fence as he knew my son could escape from there at any given moment! Had Dan Reading come today to do some touch up plastering in my daughters bedroom, friendly lad,he done a fab job. Even touched up a bit in my living room thankyou, 😀

Rich herd attended my property today to carry out various repairs, he’s done an excellent job. I’m very happy with the work carried out today. It’s nice to have a friendly work man attend.

My job on my property was done earlier due to a job cancellation which I was quite happy with.

I had my kitchen replaced, I was dreading it to start with, i also have 2 labradors, Jack, was great from start to finish, letting me know when he was going for lunch, so I could let the dogs out in the garden, as my kitchen is at the back of the house, he definitely took the stress out of it all for me, hes a lovely lad, pleasure to have around, thank you so much Jack

The engineer, Lee Nightingale, was on time and very polite. He treated my home with respect and did a thorough inspection. He gave me options as to how we could resolve the issue and made sure I was completely happy with the decision. After he had completed the work we talked me through what he had done and I am very impressed with the standard of work. Not all Bromford engineers take time and effort to help. Thank you Lee.

I have since moved on from this tenancy in Banbury, but I feel it is important to share my experience so others know what to expect.

During my time living there, I approached Jodie Hazley, Neighbourhood Coach at Bromford Housing’s Banbury office, for urgent assistance with serious and ongoing anti‑social behaviour from neighbouring properties. The situation had deteriorated to such an extent that I was unable to use my own garden safely or comfortably.

Regrettably, the support I received was completely inadequate. Instead of the empathy, practical guidance, and appropriate action one would expect from someone in this role, I was met with an unprofessional approach, unnecessary intrusion, and a total lack of meaningful assistance. No steps were taken to resolve the issue, and I was left without the protection or support that a tenant should be entitled to receive.

It is my view that further training in professional conduct, tenant care, and appropriate boundaries would be of significant benefit. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected in their own home, and to receive helpful, respectful service when they reach out for support.
