Levers hoodie have a appalling system which doesn't work
I am writing as a child with a negative experience of brigade school uniform company. Today, I was informed that my name was left out on a levers hoodie (all of them)and my name was clearly there on the list with the other 25.I feel very left out and sorry for anyone else who have had this irritating event happen to them with the company this completely ruined my day and just keep in mind that we are all humans and mistakes happen but this one is a gigantic one which is absolutely unacceptable.I have been at the school since I was 3 so it is heartbreaking to see me not included in the class . right now I feel like a ghost witch has sat at the back of the class for all these years . I can't see someone else's heart break because of this experience I need my issue to be sorted out now !

As soon as the mistake came to our attention, we worked with the school to put things right. We have replaced the leavers' hoodies for everyone in the class who placed an order, ensuring that every child receives a hoodie with the correct names.
While mistakes can occasionally happen, we fully recognise the impact this had and are very sorry that it affected such an important milestone. We hope the replacement hoodie helps to make this special memory a positive one, and we wish you all the very best as you move on to the next stage of your education.

Great team
I order through school to buy extra spare uniform for our stock and i must say that all the staff at Brigade are 100% supportive and bend over backwards to help beyond their requirements.

Leavers hoodie
Leavers hoodie, Poorly made! Not sure how the printing will last in the wash ! The size is very interesting 🧐 so if ordering go a lot bigger as we now have a very distraught yr 6 child who’s hoodie won’t last her 2 months 🥲

I experienced a delay with my delivery
I experienced a delay with my delivery, and after reaching out to the company, they discovered the courier had likely lost the parcel. While the delivery hitch was annoying, the customer service was great. They were incredibly polite, and immediately dispatched a replacement order as a priority. I highly appreciate how quickly I received my order after reaching out.

Fantastic customer service from Elle
Having ordered and received a leavers hoodie for my son in year 6, found that the hoodie didn’t fit and had a very unhappy son. I contacted customer services and had a reply from Elle who opened the link online so I could reorder a bigger size. I also sent the hoodie back to them as it didn’t measure up to the dims and they confirmed it was too short, and issued a refund. Elle was fantastic, was very prompt with replies and so helpful, was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Elle!

Excellent service with perosnal approach
We had an in-year admission and had to arrange a uniform within a week. Elle from Brigade Clothing was extremely helpful with the order and the quick delivery. Elle's personal approach was the most valuable experience with Brigade Clothing.

She deserves a promotion, bonus or pay rise
Kelly has gone above and beyond any expectations of customer service expected in today’s climate. It appeared after COVID we stopped helping each other as we learnt to “survive lockdown” as single enteritis and poor customer service is not something we are surprised by, but quite the opposite.
I would highly recommend you do everything within your capacity to keep Kelly as a member of your team as she has been phenomenal in what is such a simple task for others - but such a complex one for someone who has necrotic brain tissue and cancerous brain tissues. I cannot put into words, and you’ll never be able to fathom the help Kelly has been this week. As my late Dad would have said “she’s a good egg that one”.
