I ordered in July and received items…
I ordered in July and received items within 5 days ordered again for my other child on the 9th August and still haven’t received my order and my son starts school in 2 weeks have sent a message so shall see what they come back with but don’t think I’ll be ordering again after seeing all these bad reviews if I’d of seen them before ordering I wouldn’t of ordered

As our school uniform is embroidered to order, we advise allowing up to 15 working days from the date of order for dispatch, particularly during our busy summer period. Your order placed on 9th August is currently still within this timeframe.

Sizing off and poor customer service
Put 2 stars as jumpers purchased for my sons previous school were great quality however I ordered 3 new jumpers for his current school. 2 essential ones and one premium. Nothing premium about it the size is completely off short body long sleeves and advertised as same size as the others. Customer service shocking they expect you to pay to send a product back then pay to have another sent to me. Wouldn’t mind but meant to accept this as the supplier sends them like this (not my problem as a customer other than I have a product that is advertised as something it isn’t) luckily moving forward there are other suppliers for my sons school as poor customer care. My advice only go for essential jumpers the others best to avoid. My first email was ignored also

Our Essential and Cotton Rich sweatshirts are different garment ranges, so although they may be labelled as the same size, the fit and measurements can differ between the two. Size guides are available for both ranges, and we advise allowing a manufacturing tolerance of up to 5% on garment measurements.
After receiving your photos, our team checked the garments for comparison and confirmed that the sizing was consistent with the stock supplied to us.
We are happy to offer a return for an exchange or refund if the fit isn't suitable, in line with our usual returns process.
We do apologise that your initial email wasn't responded to and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Put the order in 4 weeks ago. 3 of the items arrived yesterday. They smell awful - like they've been stored in a warehouse full of cigarette smoke.
2 of the items are still to arrive. How it takes them so long to supply the items is a mystery.
The items are okay quality.

To order uniform was straight forward, no confusion. Just one thing I’m surprised about, that they don’t have kids size 4-5 years, from 3-4 they jump straight to 5-6. 4-5 would be very good, because my little one is a this size.

Surprised to receive a request to give a review. On your website you state that 92% of orders are made a shipped within 7 days. My order was placed 15 June and has not yet been received. Really helpful customer service dept
I have been ordering from school trends for a couple of years and have found the quality to be far better than my local uniform shop.
I had some issues with sizing and a change in quality in my latest order but the response from school trends was absolutely fantastic. They got back to me very quickly and resolved the problem completely.
Pros: great quality, fantastic customer service response
Cons: the sizing is a bit erratic and changes a lot depending on the current supplier. Lead times can be long but not a problem for me personally.
