Excellent service from Taylor Savage who booked me in, explained what would happen and when, arranged for new batteries to be fitted in both car keys and even drove my car down to reception for me to take home. A lovely lady who was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Taylor and the mechanics who dealt with my car.

Just taken delivery of our new EX30 ultra twin motor Volvo.
We have been dealing with the sales agent Andrew Sanders along with the sales manager Jack.
The whole process from ordering our car to it's delivery has been dealt with in a very professional manner.
We have been regularly updated as to the progress of the delivery and on the day of the handover Andy took time to explain the controls to me and my wife

Very good experience, I had my car booked in for a service. Taylor was great she kept me well informed and even got the warranty work found on the service booked/ sorted really quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

After some deliberations decided I would change over to an EV , and as a Kia was on my list of EV’s to look at we took a drive up there had a look and spoke with Mark at the Bedford showroom who was as laid back as he was extremely helpful.

The showroom is very well laid out and there is a comfortable lounge type area with a rather posh vending machine .

A test drive was booked for the model I was interested in and after this had further discussions about trims prices etc were had without any undue pressure which was refreshing.

Dealing with Mark was very straightforward and he put me at ease as I was not quite sure I’d manage the transition from a manual to fully automatic with all the bells and whistles.

I did have a few issues at first which we were able to laugh about along the way as I got my head around it , he was most accommodating by fitting me in with another test drive and time for me to simply sit in the car parked up in their car park and explore the info system.

During my visits I found the staff to be friendly and respectful , also had a discussion with 2 of them in terms their experiences with EV’s and also home chargers .

These factors were very fundamental in me deciding on
making my purchase and on the handover day Mark went over things with me but didn’t prolong my hesitations when it was time for me to finally drive off in my new car however he was very reassuring and told me to call him if I had any problems.

As I have 7 year warranty should I have any issues I am very much hoping what I experienced during my dealings with Mark is replicated.

Very helpful advice and assustance in choosing a vehicle. Best of all there was no pressure to buy. Very good service. Really appreciate Luke’s patience

My ca was in for its 10,000 mile service and was done by Taylor. Everything left neat and tidy and nicely cleaned. A few of the dashboard displays had been changed, but I guess that shows elements had been tested. Anyway, easily resolved. Thanks for the great service. Also thanks to reception staff who were very polite.

We recently collected our new Kia EV3 from Bells Kia and would like to say a big thank you to Ali for all his help throughout the whole process.

Ali has been fantastic from the beginning. He was always friendly, patient and happy to answer all our questions. We had quite a lot of questions about the EV3, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly and keep us updated.

What impressed us most was Ali’s dedication. He sometimes answered our questions even before or after normal working hours, which we really didn’t expect. We really appreciated the extra effort and it showed how much he cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us.

On collection day, Ali had everything ready and spent plenty of time helping us set up Kia Connect and the Digital Key. He also showed us the main features of the EV3 and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left.

His help has continued even after we collected the car. He is also helping us arrange the dashcam installation and has gone out of his way to make the arrangements as convenient as possible for us.

We are really happy with our new EV3, but what made the whole experience even better was the excellent service we received from Ali. In fact, one of our friends is currently looking at buying a Kia Sportage, and we have already recommended that they contact Ali at Bells Kia. I think that says a lot about how happy we have been with his service.

Jade the sales woman was very knowledgeably professional and arranged a test drive in both an Kia EV2 and EV3 within 24 hours. They were accompanied runs, as requested, so questions could be answered there and then when relevant. Her local knowledge allowed a range of roads and environments to be experienced.
