Just brought my 2nd Picanto from Bells Kia in Northampton. Neil Sidebottom was our contact and he was brilliant. Great service and communication. Very happy with my new car. My old car, at 13 years old, is still going strong too now being driven by my son.
Can't fault the car at all and Bells is a great place to buy from.
I had an excellent experience with the Bells Bedford branch from start to finish. The customer service throughout the whole process was absolutely lovely, and the team made everything feel easy, reassuring, and genuinely personal.
One thing that really stood out was the personalised video of the car, which gave me so much confidence before making my decision. I also really appreciated the reassurance from the team in keeping the car reserved for me, which made the whole experience feel trustworthy and stress-free.
The delivery of the car was seamless, and arriving with a beautiful bouquet of flowers was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. The team were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, and communication was fantastic from beginning to end.
Overall, it was a smooth and seamless transaction, and I was left feeling completely reassured and genuinely happy when the car arrived. I would highly recommend Bells Bedford to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a personal touch.

10/10 amazing service from Ben at Volvo Northampton would highly recommend the whole way through buying our car was great didn’t feel pressured in buying either which was lovely as I’d been looking for a new car for few months and other garages and sales people we’ve just too much in adding pressure on deals but Ben actually went through each options we could go for and we couldn’t be happier with the car he sold to us

Our recent experience at Bells Motor Group has been very positive, Ben was the new Sales Consultant who dealt with us, we must say his professionalism, honesty, and the low-pressure environment made for a smooth transaction. Ben went above and beyond to meet our needs, he made it happen! Ben also gave assurance that we can him call up should we have a query however large or small, he gave us a call few days later after taking car away to see how we are getting on with it, thats dedication and passion, the quality of a good dealership! We also observed other members of sales team being curteous respectful and polite.

I recently purchased a 2020 Volvo S60 B5 from Bells Northampton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. The car was prepared to an exceptional standard , it had a new service carried out, a fresh MOT, all four wheels were fully refurbished, and any imperfections were taken care of before handover. It genuinely felt like I was receiving a brand-new car.
A special mention goes to my sales advisor, Jasmine, who was fantastic throughout the process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
It’s clear that Bells Northampton takes great pride in the quality of the vehicles they sell and the service they provide. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Bell Motors Kia. The smoothest and quick service for our Mobility car. This is the 2nd time getting a Mobility Car and our 1st was also with Bells. Again they did not fail us. We had the pleasure of meeting Tommy Mitchell who helped and assisted us through the process of ordering our next car. The whole process was quick and simple and Tommy was most knowledgeable, honest and helpful throughout. Making a vulnerable and difficult time stress free. I can't recommend and rate Bell Motors Kia highly enough if you are thinking of getting a car. All the staff that we met on our 2 visits were very helpful and approachable.

Just had my XC40 serviced which was not straightforward as unusual problem with MoT diagnosed. Mark Knight service dept was extremely helpful in what might have been a very difficult situation for me.

Ultimately the business decided to Lease the car rather than buy but this didn't change Garry supporting us on the decision making process. Very well handled.

Providing an update as I was contacted by the dealer after they replied to this review.
I was called by someone from the garage who told me that he was calling as he understood I wanted to talk to someone...
1)when I explained that the MOT had found excessive play in the suspension, he stated that it was within tolerance for KIA
2) I pointed out that they never even sent me the normal video review of the service and he forwarded it to me. It was the first message received on my phone from that contact, despite that he insisted that it had been sent previously.
3) the MOT pointed out a nail in the rear offside tyre, Yet this service said all tyres were good.
It seems clear to me therefore that the 'service' provided here was not even up to the basic standard of an MOT that takes 20 mins.
There is also an inherent failure to accept responsibility within the manage structure of this dealership.
I will be taking my car to a different KIA dealer to have the suspension sorted and would highly recommend AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP !!!
Dropped the car off at 08:30 as agreed. They hadn’t even started the service at the end of the day.
When I returned to pick up the car the next day the folder containing the log book and manual was missing.
Problem is it also contained paperwork relating to the vehicle.
They are claiming it wasn’t them however some of the contents of said folder were all over the front seat.
They did provide a courtesy car. It was on fumes when they gave it to me showing a range of 0 miles !
All in all a shoddy experience.
