I phoned to explain that my car had broken down and Lisa took all the information and passed it on to the workshop. She phoned back and arranged for me to leave the car at Holden Renault.

Efficient & Friendly Booking Process
A telephone call to Holden Norwich to arrange a three year service and MoT was dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner by Ron Eskdale. He quickly confirmed that this was covered by the service package I had purchased previously so the costs were covered. He mentioned additional options that were available at the three year point but there was no hard sell for these. A date was arranged and this was then quickly confirmed by both email & text.
