I’ve just bought my car from Bells Kia in Bedford and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything was so easy and stress free.

A massive thank you to Jade, who helped me throughout the whole process. She was absolutely lovely, so kind and friendly, and always made me feel completely at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer any questions I had.

I’m so happy with my new car and really grateful to Jade and the team at Bells Kia for making the whole experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

Great service. Collection and delivery of car for a service was brilliant.

Really not impressed.

Waited 2 months for my air con to be checked as it has failed completely, great in a heat wave with a 3 year old and regular hospital trips!

Was informed it had no gas, had been filled and to monitor. If anything happens, to let them know.

Well, all the gas has escaped in a few hours, not slowly, I could hear it coming out. Funny, it passed a pressure test apparently?

I was informed today that the technician didn't actually have time to check anything else (you neglected to tell me that when I picked the car up).

So basically, I waited 2 months for someone to chuck some expensive gas in and do nothing else.

Guess what, I have to wait another 2 months to get it looked at again!

Absolute comedy show!

We called into the Kia dealership and were fortunate to meet up with Neil. We are new to considering an electric car and Neil is hugely knowledgeable about all things auto-electric. We weren’t sure which size of car would suit us best and it wasn’t any problem to test drive two models straight away. Thanks to the dealership for a non-pressurised and informative experience from the sales team which will assist us greatly to make a decision about a large ticket outlay.

My Kia was due a Service today, I was served by Jo Farren-Wilson, Jo was professional, helpful & informative. A curtesy car had been arranged for me, car sailed through the service, a good experience.

Couldn't be happier with Luke at Bells Kia Northampton!

We called late afternoon to order parts for a service due in the following morning. Unsure of delivery times, Luke ensured that he delivered the parts personally on his way home and also set us up on the Volvo parts portal.

Excellent example of a supplier ensuring we have what we need, when we need it, ensuring no delays and that the end customer is back on the road on schedule.

Can't recommend Jade from the Bedford dealership enough. She helped us out in getting a Kia EV5 in record quick time, really helpful when it came to the paperwork and keeping us updated as to when we could collect the car. Thank you again!

⭐⭐ Bells Kia Northampton - Disappointing!

Good at promises, poor on execution and customer service

The actual mechanical service on my Kia seems to be done, I guess, but I will only know for sure in the coming days. It was quick pick up and delivery.

However, the overall experience was highly disappointing. My invoice explicitly stated that a complimentary car wash and vacuuming were included. Absolutely nothing was done. In fact, I even found a dead fly sitting in my front seat cup holder. They are very good at offering these perks on paper, but terrible at actually delivering the service. If they can’t do what they offer, please stop it.

To make matters worse, the receptionist I spoke with was appalling. When I simply enquired about the state of my Kia, her attitude and response were completely unprofessional.

Luke was great from the moment we stepped foot into Kia. He was great with the kids, explained everything thoroughly and was patient throughout.

Recall for ICCU replacement and MOT. Jo was helpful as was the technician in answering a couple of technical questions.

Quick, friendly, thorough and professional service throughout. Massive thanks to both Angela and Teresa for being so helpful.

Always rate Mark Knight and his team 5* and drive a considerable way just to get my car serviced here! Their service is exceptional! Thank you team, you are amazing!

I just had the service due to my Sportage. Absolutelly top work! Clean, properly informed about any issues with the car. They sent me a Video explaining the issue found, and on top i had a proper Clean inside and outside.
